Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House — Restaurant in Charleston

I was treated very badly by manager..I have been in there atleast 3 days a week and have seen her be rude to others but thought maybe she was just having a bad day.. Tonight I order a pubwich half steak half ham she said she could do it over the phone. When receiving the food it was not half and half so we called to let them know a corner had ham it but the rest was steak. She then stated that she had called back to let us know they couldn’t do it after all.. when she was told we had no miss calls on our phone she became very rude.i then asked her for her name and told her I would call corporate to let them know that she was very rude . She refused to give me her name said they know her . And stated she didn’t care that we was calling corporate.. with all this being said I understand things happen and food sometimes get messed up but as a manager you should carry your yourself accordingly. We went to Rally's on Wednesday 11-4-2020 and we had an excellent visit. We order four different sandwiches,, three of which were specialties and they were exactly how we ordered them and we're very delicious!! 💖🙂 The crew was excellent!! There were seven young men and one young lady.. I had wrote down the list of what we wanted and how and gave that to them.U are probably are thinking " how could they mess that up?" Trust me I have been to a couple of other places and wrote it and it wasn't correct. At Rally's, the young man working the register at the walk up window took over telling the crew what and how he needed it and the whole crew worked together, Fantastically!!🙂 U know, every one of those young men checked our order to make sure everything was there and the young man handing the order out to my husband and myself checked it again. This place is horrible. Had my dog out walking and decided I wanted to stop and get some wings so I asked if I could use the window which I unserstand I couldn't. So I leashed my dog to the pole out front went inside and as I'm about to order the manager told me I couldn't order I couldn't ltie my gldov up to the pole bc they aren't dog park. No shit I wanted to order food for 2 seconds and run back out to him. 6 ppl standing inside sitting doing nothing and couldn't let me order wings real quick while my dog was out front. U wasn't watching him for the 2 seconds it would of took me to order and go back outside and wait for them to cook. Wow will never go back to this place and definitely will be calling corporate to borrow morning. Never going to west side Gino's again.
