If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Another guest and I stood in line without being greeted for almost 10 mins.while two employees tried to figure out how to add points to a previous customer’s receipt. Then when I finally got to pay for my sub (that I waited a good 20+ mins. for), the girl who was ringing me up walked off and told the other girl who was making other subs to finish me up. The girl asked said she couldn’t finish me because she was busy making subs, however the girl who walked off never came back. I’m stuck standing at the register waiting for my receipt, which was never handed to me and still waiting for my sub. When I was finally addressed by the sub maker and asked for the manager, she claimed that the rude girl who walked off was the manager. I asked for the person over her because clearly she was not the general manager and they refused to give me the information. After I repeatedly asked the rude worker for the manager she pointed me to a card that had a different location’s info. on it, and loudly told the boy at the grill to please hurry up with my food so I could get out! I will find that general manager and when I do it will not be nice. The rude worker claimed her name was Jasmine, but I’m sure that is not correct. My coworkers and I ordered a somewhat large order today and I went and picked it up. When I returned to the office and started passing out the subs to my coworkers we quickly realized they were not made to our satisfaction and were made incorrectly based on the way we ordered them on the Jersey Mike’s App. The main reason for this bad review is not because the subs were wrong but because of how TERRIBLE Matthew the manager was and acted on the phone. I would be ashamed to call him my manager or have him representing my company; let alone leading a store. Matthew really needs to get it together and learn how to talk to customers and own up to mistakes...even if that means it costs money to correct them. I asked for no cheese and she still put it on the sandwich.(lactose intolerant) As she was taking it off I asked her to just add it to the other sandwich i ordered and she said no she would need to upcharge me. After explaining that i was already paying for the cheese and i would like it added to the other sandwich she became angry and refused to do it. It wasn't till a made a bigger deal about it that she decided to grab the cheese and throw it on the other one while being dismissive to me.
