Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Charleston

everytime i go to get a sand which they manage to mess it up. from putting mustard on it when it specially asked for no mustard to forgetting to put the bacon on a sand which that literally comes with it. i love the food but this really ruins it for me. i went back and ordered food again. surprise surprise they forgot the bacon on my sand-which again. i am so disappointed. i work at a sandwhich shop so i know it’s not that hard. especially when it’s what comes on it. i will not being going back for a while. i’m so sick of this...

I grew up in Charleston, IL and remember when Jimmy John opened its first store here in town. Today when I went thru the drive up to wait on my order it was disgusting. The inside of the store was nothing but trash. The employee making the sandwiches wasn't even trying to hit the trash container so it was just going on the floor. Other employees were walking thru it like they didn't even notice.

Take pride in your store! It all seemed so unsanitary. I will think twice before I eat at Jimmy...

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! I wait in the drive through for my online order and now I know why it took so long. Pull up to the window and 3 minutes go by, no greeting, nothing, finally I call in and ask for my order and another employee comes over, grabs it from the counter where it has been sitting this entire time and tells me sorry for the wait. Food is good but not worth that shitty service -...
