Disappointed…. My husband surprised me with “custom “ bracelets for Mother’s Day (last year). They were 3 strands of beads with my kids initials. From the start I could not wear them. The strands were 3 different sizes (one was just size )and the clasps were so tiny that I couldn’t hook them myself. After about 6 weeks of being in repair to get them the the same length , they were fine but still I could not clasp them. One of the girls mentioned she didn’t know why they put such small clasps on them . They were something they would use with a kids bracelets. They Continued to be in and out of “ repair “ for the next several month so they could redesign it. They finally came up with a plan to connect them together with one clasp. I was told to wear the bracelet for a few weeks to make sure the strands would relax a little to make sure they would lay flat. Then they would solder them together. Within two hours of me wearing the bracelet it broke and back to the shop it went. It has been almost 10months at this point and my “custom” bracelet is now glorified stretchy bracelets. My husband would have never paid as much as he did for “stretchy bracelets”. When I asked if these are going to be durable, she told me it is on stretchy string, so it could eventually break down just be-careful. I’m overall disappointed with the timeframe it has taken to “fix “ the issue and that their solution is stretchy bracelets. Me and my hubby decided to re-do our floors, and I bent the prongs on my beautiful ring trying to use the tile cutter ( I am not a flooring specialist haha). I was in hysterics because I feared due to the current State restrictions, they were unavailable, I couldn’t get my ring fixed. I sent a message online and INSTANTLY got a response that they could help me. I brought it in the following day. They tightened everything up, for a great price.... but I am super OCD and I need my ring to be absolutely perfect. I noticed there was a slight catching and bend in a prong. She was super helpful and took it back to have the jeweler work in it. A few days later, my ring was ready. Again I noticed some slight variation on the prong. They took it back in, adjusted it, and the jeweler himself brought it out to me. I was so happy. It looked perfect, and the staff was so polite to me, even though I had many requests. Always treated good and the things that you can think of to be answered and the best part of it is that you can come to work with the staff and the best for the possibilities of your blessings in life and being able to get to know you can trust the owner and the same situation as the staff and that means something to me and I am going to believe that you can be the only person that can give them a chance to see if they have given you anything else but perhaps the best for the possibilities of your blessings in the same way as it should be in a home Town store and I hope that you can get by there and see for your self and look at the custom jewelry and the best for the possibilities of your blessings on your own things that you are going to have a chance to get to the best part of things that they have to...
