This place is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an amazing selection of bagels, spreads, and other menu items that make it impossible to decide what to try first. The variety is endless, and it feels like it would take forever to explore every delicious option they offer. Whether you’re craving classic bagels with cream cheese or something more unique and creative, there’s truly something for everyone here.
The quality of the bagels is unmatched—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked every time. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making everything just right. The service is equally impressive. Even when it’s busy (and it often is, because this place is so popular), the staff works hard to serve everyone quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude. It’s clear that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
The cleanliness of the space is another standout feature. No matter how busy they are, the place is always spotless, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It’s the kind of place you can visit again and again, and you’ll still feel excited to come back.
If you’re a bagel lover, this spot is a must-visit. Between the incredible food, the excellent service, and the inviting atmosphere, I truly love everything about it. It’s easily one of the best bagel places I’ve...
Read moreFirst and foremost, I would like for you to understand that I live in North Charleston, you have another location in Dorchester, Dorchester, is not very friendly. Is not accommodating. And believe me I've tried several times thinking maybe he was having a bad day and giving him the benefit of the doubt. It took three times.I travel from North Charleston to West Ashley because of Emily and Ryan, and I'm sorry I don't know the other girl's name, but she has different color hair and always smiling ( hence why your employees should have first name tags ). These people are so amazing, friendly, kind, and humble, make your day kind of people. I hope this reference that I'm giving them gets them something nice. In return, you always hear about the bad things. Well, I absolutely love this place. Big difference from Dorchester, We will continue to have our breakfast and buy them bagels!! Ryan, keep up the good work. Dorchester, you need to work on your attitude and manners. Signed a girl from Brooklyn who knows good bagels. I will not go to Dorchester because of the unfriendliness and cold shoulder, and just get to the point service, Emily, you're amazing. I've been coming there for a while now. And truly don't mind the drive. Thank you for your wonderful service. My family will be...
Read moreI really like the bagels at Ruby’s, the food is great, but our experience there this morning was so bad we couldn’t stop laughing about it all day. The staff is very cheerful and friendly, but seemed to be kind of inept this morning!
We ordered two bagel sandwiches—the nova lox and egg salad, plus a cup of green tea and a mocha. Service is a little slow—this is the second time we’ve eaten there, and it was somewhat slow both times, but not outrageous. When they called us for our order, the mocha was iced, not hot, so my partner asked for a replacement. The sandwiches were just toasted bagels, one with egg salad, but no lettuce or tomato, and one with cream cheese and lox, but no onion, tomato or capers. We decided the egg salad was fine, but asked for a replacement for the lox. After a couple of minutes, I decided it was fine, I would eat the bagel with the lox and cream cheese, and I went to the counter to tell them not to make a replacement, but they already had, so I took it back to my table, where I discovered a toasted bagel with only lox, and no cream cheese or anything else! At this point I could only laugh. It was fine for what it was, and I should mention that my green tea...
