Today at 2:51, I placed an order through uber eats for the cheese burger shareable meal. With this I also bought 3 separate drinks. Suffice to say I am severely disappointed in this as my order was both wrong, and had missing parts of the meal. From one of the drinks being a small though I paid for a medium, the burgers not being made correctly, and not getting any fries though the meal comes with 2 large fries. Not only that, but the burgers I ordered at 2:51 and received at 3:15, were stamped as made at 11:42. The burgers were completely cold and wrong because they were in fact, not my burgers but perhaps someone else's order. After calling in about the order, I was told to just come in and pick up what was wrong but when I got there, no one took claim to being the one to answer the phone and the manager (I believe) asked if we brought the food with us to show what was missing however it was at home with my family who was trying to eat their lunch despite the errors made. While waiting a little girl and her brother were playing at a table and it came to be that they were the kids of one of the workers (which I have no problem with, they were well behaved and just having fun between themselves) but as they were playing and occasionally switching seats at said table who I believe to have been the mother came out. The restaurant was completely empty and the kids were disturbing no one but the person who came out, pinch the boy so hard he began to cry. His little sister hugged him and tried to reengage him to play but he was sticking to himself. It was heartbreaking to watch such well behaved children begin to cry and be in trouble while they had done nothing wrong. This was all around a horrible and sad experience, though they replaced my missing components I do not plan to eat there again after the display...

We knew it was going to be a long wait because the drive thru line was long and the dining room has been closed for at least a year, so we ordered online and my husband wen to pick it up. We used the app which notifies McDonald's when you arrive and what parking spot you are waiting in so they can bring your food out to you, as no one is allowed inside the building. The app checked my husband in and said usual service time was about 5 minutes; however after waiting over 20 minutes he tried to call the restaurant. Over and over it went to a voicemail box that was full- what kind of business doesn't answer the phone? So he waited another 15 minutes hoping someone would bring our order (that we had already paid for) out to his car. So now, 45 minutes after arriving he decided to pull through the drive thru and when he arrived at the window the employee told him they weren't allowed to leave the restaurant after it got dark! BTW it's been getting dark at 6:30 pm...
Why have an app for order pick ups if the food will never be delivered? What if he would've waited an hour or two? It's just so inconsiderate and ridiculously bad for business! He finally arrived home with our order after being gone over an hour and they food was barely warm (we live right down the street). Maybe lunch hours are better- or not during a high volume time but I thought that was what the app was there for!

How ironic! I wait for an hour and 40 minutes or so to get to the speaker, at which I’m not spoken to for a good five minutes. When taking my order, the employee on the other end just disregarded anything I said and messed up my order to a degree which I struggle to understand, and I’m ignored when I explain that the order was wrong. When I pull up to the window, the employee who would take my pay has her back ON THE WINDOW, WHILE ON SNAPCHAT. She had no idea I was there for a solid minute and a half and when I explained that my order was taken incorrectly, she asked me if I’d like to change it. With a bit of positive hope, I say that I would, to which she says “oh yeah we can’t change orders”. Why would you offer to change the order to what it should be just to tell me that you cannot. I waited almost two hours for one cheeseburger and a sprite, WHICH HAD NO SODA SYRUP IN IT!! When I ordered a number 7, with fries and a sprite. I have never pushed myself to complain about service in my entire life but tonight was just awful, and if anyone knows a way I can reach out to a manager other than the survey ( because I did not get a receipt ), please...
