Taco Bell — Restaurant in Charleston

The TacoBell Charleston location is usually pretty good and tasty when it comes to the food prep, but the Mattoon location exceeds in its service provided in every way. The charleston location needs to learn to treat their customers better. Everytime going there this one lady specifically always treats us seemingly as rude as possible. Always cutting us off, walking away before getting any responses, talking very condesending and acting like we aren't wanted there or belong ever since we had a doordash order there that we had to confirm the pickup before leaving like we're supposed to do, and when having to come back through the drive thru for an item that was paid for acted like she was doing us a favor even though it is very clearly written on the online and physical receipt on the bag and we had to come through the drive thru 3 times to get everything and gave the person in front of us free cinnabons "for their troubles" but just tried getting rid of us as soon as they could. Honestly have never been treated worse when ordering from a place than we have here, specifically by her. Gonna lose customers very easily that way. Definitely unhappy with the service and that's sugarcoating it to an extreme. Wish they had name tags so I could file a complaint about her herself rather than just the...

Wishing I could reply to come reviews on here because how do you know people are high on the job? Are you ordering an employee drug screen with your crunchwrap?

Anyways, I'm a regular at this taco bell. All the staff here are great and very friendly. I will say a few workers are a little over familiar with their customer service (forced to work another 8 hours making it a 16hour shift at a job one night, grabbed a bite and a worker makes a joke that my card is declined. I dont know you, a stranger doing that is weird)

I apologize it's long... My experience last night. Ordered burrito, tacos, chicken quesadilla Pepsi and Baja blast. $21.56, at window she asked for $51.57, I stated that's wrong then it was corrected. I paid, she handed me my food and said good bye. I asked what about my drinks? She stated I gave them to you, no, looked in my truck at the empty cup holder and then went to get the drinks. Got home and now one thing my Fiance wanted was the chicken quesadilla and it wasn't in the bag. I wanted to go back but, was orver riding by her. We shared the tacos.
