My experience was horrible. I went too the eastend restaurant and I ordered biscuits and gravy over 1 and waited patiently for my order and when the waitress brought me my order it was cold. And I proceeded to tell the waitress and she had stated that she was afraid to tell the manager that my food was cold, because other customers were complaining. So I had ask for another gravy that was hot, their not checking the temperature. I used too work there and their supposed to use Hot Bun. Water!!! I told the manager named Brandi. And she ask me as an customer. What do you want me to do?? As an manager that wasn't the right response so I said to her I'm almost 60 years old. And I could get sick. So when I did get my food my gravy was watered down and wasn't the same consistency as my first order. And I ask for my money back and the manager called the police on me for no reason il. Never patronize your restaurant on the east end their not professional and don't treat their customers right and I'm on an fixed income. Read moreWhen I arrived the Drive thru line was backed up out in the street as always. First, from the time I arrived in the Drive thru line until the time I was able to place my order @ the Drive Thru menu 14 minutes had already passed. Secondly, from the Drive thru menu to the window another 9 minutes passed. And third, I finally get acknowledged @ the window & a team member asked me to pull up on the right & a team member will bring out my order shortly. So by the time a team member brought my order out to me another 7 minutes passed. Keep in mind my order was only for one Bacon Melt & one Gravey 1 Platter. I have over 20 year management experience in the restaurant industry with over 15 years as a General Manager/Operations Manager. And when a consumer has to survive a drive-thru line-time of over 30 minutes someone needs to lose there job. Hell, just from the DT menu until I finally received my order 16 minutes passed. Read moreIf you are short on time AVOID this place staff to busy talking laughing when there is hungry people waiting.. 18 minute wait today going inside for a to go order for a bowl of VERY burnt chili and grilled cheese that chili another woman was also complaining about as well and when i got home YUCK you could taste the burn.. grilled cheese not sliced either. First time to the window they had it on a tray to eat it.. then it goes back to be put in a bowl.. then back to the window still in the same bowl.. another pass back to the window to be put in a to go bowl. Is it REALLY that had to pout chili in a bowl and make a grilled cheese sandwich? 5 orders ahead of me gone.. 3 orders after me gone.. im still standing here people while you people talk about getting birth control shots?
