Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Charleston

Second visit to this store. This time the drive thru is close and and cardboard sign that says come in. I kept driving. I give up. This location seems to have far too many issues.

Waited over 15 minutes for 3 salads 2 orders of fries and fried pickles. I got yelled at because they told me to pull forward to wait. I pulled forward twice because the line kept growing of people waiting. I got yelled at and told to pull to the orange cone. Once I got there there was a handwritten note taped to the back of a sign. NO ONE can see and read that. The sign was just a piece of damp paper flapping in the breeze.

The food was terrible. The salad was lettuce,chicken, wonton strips and dressing. It was missing the slaw and they didn't bother to tell me they didn't have it. One order of fries was completely missing. The fried pickles were old and there was grease in the bottom of the container that I poured off.

I called back the next day to speak with the management and spoke with Brittney, assistant manager. She told me they did not get asian slaw on there last truck delivery. I gave her my receipt number the time of day of my visit and the cashier Bryanna who took my order, from my receipt. She asked me if anyone told me they didn't have the slaw when I ordered. I told her no. All she could say was she was not working that night and she was sorry. No offer to make it right.

This was the FIRST time I have ever eaten at Zaxby's and it will be the last.

This is one of the worst Zaxby's in the Charleston area, and there are several! The workers are terrible with food preparation and overall customer service. The fries were not fresh and re-cooked until they were dried and fried extra crispy. The chicken tenders were dry and very salty; I asked twice to have them hand dipped in wimpy sauce, but they didn't and instead gave me 1 Zaxby sauce.

I called the store "manager" when I got home, and she "passed the buck" with no interest in fixing my problem.

I also mentioned to her that I paid with cash and was not provided with a receipt. She said they never give receipts in the 4 years that she's worked there. When I googled the number for corporate, I saw an article that said the employees at that location were caught up in allegations of stealing money from the cash register.

Corporate was not that much more helpful other than taking my report and giving me a $10 gift certificate for a $15 meal. I will never go to another Zaxby's in the...

WoW I'm surprised that this Zaxby's is in West Ashley! When I pulled up to the drive-thru there were two young employees standing outside cursing & sounded like a lot of drama. Very unprofessional, the guy talking & taking the orders was very pleasant in the speaker box!!! Good job towards him but the young lady in the window was very rude!!!! She said nothing to me, kept leering at me. Very uncomfortable feeling! Then when I went to hand her my card she snatched it from me while continuing to leer! When she gave me my card back my receipt was all crumpled up & still leering. Never saying anything throughout the whole ordeal. Finally she opened the window & gave me my bag of food while leering & being silent! No here you go sir, have a nice night or even a hello or how are you doing? Very disappointed never going back to this location again, I can expect to get treated better being homeless in the streets than that jailhouse! Last but least they never did give me any ketchup...
