I was so excited to go to this planetarium but I was disappointed. The staff were nice but the experience is nothing like they advertised. The name alone gives the impression of something great and in reality seems improvised. The gift shop was not a gift shop. They had some couches that seem donated in the waiting area and the planetarium is a small inflatable dome. I was shocked when I remember that this experience is non refundable and I find it pricey for the quality that they offer. I felt like there was no airflow inside the inflatable dome, which is small and once you are inside you can’t leave. The chairs were not comfortable and the idea of a planetarium is to be able to look up. My neck hurt so much just trying to look up. The graphics come from a projector placed in the middle and the stories were not good or high quality plus there were credits at the end of all these clips that they were playing. I understand this is getting started but they are advertising this as a proper planetarium and charging $15 plus tax a person. I don’t think pricing is right for what you will get. I rarely leave reviews but this experience was...

Being a person with What I thought was a fairly strong layman’s knowledge and understanding of astronomy, I was surprised — even bowled over — by the tremendous array and variety of astronomical observations from all corners of the globe. For me, one particularly memorable concept of heavenly interpretations was the so-called exploratory “Celestial Canoe” of the native Americans. I look forward keenly to attending future programs and expanding my understanding of all things...
Read moreIf you've ever been to any planetarium anywhere. Do not go here. It's not a real planetarium. It's a tent in the citadel mall next to a planet fitness where they have like a mid tier projector sitting upright playing documentaries the likes of which you can find on YouTube. But they're charging the same amount/more than what it costs to see a show at a real planetarium. Uncomfortable cheap metal seats that sits totally upright. Tbh had so much regret spending money here. I feel bad for the staff, they're super nice but this isn't a real planetarium show, it's something masquerading as one. Save your money. We were...
