The Clothing Company — Local services in Charlevoix

Excellent customer service! I shopped here last summer on vacation and bought a very cute romper. Since then, unfortunately the fabric ripped and seemed to be a default in the material. I contacted the company and they said they would not give me a refund or any help since I did not buy the product from them directly, so I called the Clothing Company. They reached out to not one but two seamstresses and ended up having a quilter fix the romper and it looks amazing. I was in recently and let me start by saying the man that works there is very friendly. The brown haired girl upstairs was fine, didn't interact with her. The little blonde girl needs to check her attitude. I asked her a question regarding a shirt for my wife and you would think it was the biggest inconvenience she's ever encountered in her life. Customer service goes a long way. While I understand sometimes people have a bad day, you don't take it out on someone who wasn't involved in causing the problem. I loved the feeling of warmth in this store. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable about there products and the history of the antiques in the store.

I bought some cloths here that was quality product and may swing back as the deals are quite great as well. The area as a whole is a bit high but that is not a surprise. This store was a bot less than average.
