I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes with being rude or being confrontational, maybe something happen to them before we met, they are having a pretty ruff day and so I try to say something pleasant to make their day better. Right from the jump the lady behind the counter who I thought was serving was sitting down at the cash register taking orders, no good morning or how can I help you. Very rude from the start, I politely asked if she was available and she said Iām taking an order over the phone the the guy next to me can help, sarcastically she says we do the same thing, So I said ok, thanks and went over to him, he doesnāt speak English well I assume and as Iām asking what flavor they have for the wings I wanted and how I wanted them she rudely jumps in and says your confusing us, so letās start over! To my surprise I didnāt realize she was involved in the process at all. I had to tell him on multiple times how I wanted my order and thatās fine because I can see he doesnāt speak English well or maybe understand it and he spoke very low. The food is decent but when you have people running your store that are not hospitable, and have poor people skills you might want to place them in an area that best suits their personality and skills. Not sure if I will come back here...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store has horrible service, I was here at 11 when they opened and didnāt get my food until 11:50. Nothing was hot , not the grill or the fryers. The customer service guy was rude and on his phone on TikTok most of the time , didnāt give any updates or anything. He just stood there playing with a water bottle and scrolling on his phone , we could hear the videos from the lobby. Ppl were asking for refunds. This store need to be supervised, this little boy got mad at me for telling him he has poor customer service and threatened to fight my husband. We have children his age, these new generations arenāt raised well and shouldnāt be in this type of environment. So disrespectful, I told him he should have apologized for the wait and explained why we were waiting so long. He said he doesnāt have to, he needs to be fired. Iām so glad I wasnāt having a bad day because my military husband was gone quietly solve the issue real fast. But honestly going to jail over fries is insane so yeah I deescalated...
