Michaels — Local services in Charlotte

I went to this store today and I could not believe that Michael’s would allow such an unprofessional individual be the manager of this store ! There’s a women name silvia that was working tonight and the way she was speaking to customers and employees was just unbelievable I have no words to describe her rudeness and lock of empathy, it was really disgusting! I love the store and the other employees are very nice but I would never step in there again bc of this nasty women! Michael’s seriously shouldn’t have this type of behaviors allowed at their stores! I feel like I was in a dollar tree store in the hood ! I usually go to Michael’s and spend hundreds of dollars because this store is therapeutic for me. I do not go spend money where if I have a question I’m going to be yelled at by a MANAGER and be told to Google it, look it up or figured it out on my own. All I ask was if a picture frame had a white back ground and this lady answer me back with the most aggressive manner and rudness , I was not the only customer being yelled at by this disgusting women she yelled at multiple people while I was there and not to mention HOW TERRIBLE she treat her staff members ! I feel so bad for them because I have kids and I would hate for my kids to be abused like that at their...

Do not come here! First walked into the store and i almost left because it was so hard to get around piles of boxes with no employees even stocking. I got in line with it being busy with only two cashiers. They had a problem with my gift card so instead if helping they pushed me to the side and let everybody else go in front of me. The extremely rude lady finally let me try to check out. My fiance came in and I explained to him how they were treating me bad. He then said how bad the customer service was and then she called him hateful which set me off. I told her complaining about how she treats me is giving back criticism not being hateful then she called me hateful. For some reason she took all my things out the bag and put it in a separate bag and didnt even put all my things back. So im missing something that i PAID for with HORRIBLE customer service! Will not come back, not even for the item i paid for that she did not give me. Corporate should inspect...
