Just bought a new ball and went there to get it drilled. The guy there was very knowledgeable and did a good job drilling the ball but when I went out to the lanes to try it out after at some point the ball had sustained a larger than average chip that was decently deep. I informed the lady at the front desk who told me she would let the mechanic know and that was all she could do and sent me back to the pro shop where I was told basically it shouldn’t affect the ball and it should be fine.
