FRAUD ALERT!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! My mom had a charge on her debit card for 0.71 come through at 4am in the morning at this particular Burger King location. When someone eventually answered later in the day they told her to call back because the manager that was on duty then was out. Finally a few days later my mother spoke with the so called manager a sorry female named TERRI who was unprofessional, kept over talking my mother and being disrespectful which you can’t expect but so much from a burger manager but the defensive attitude and lack of professionalism speaks volumes and makes me wonder if something else is going on up there that needs to be looked into. I will be contacting corporate personally regarding this manager who should be fired simply for her childish behavior and also I am encouraging my mom to file a police report because someone had to have her card number as she was at home in the bed with her physical card so either someone screenshot it, saved it, skimmed it or something I don’t know if it was an employee at this location or just so happened someone outside of the company decided to run her card for 0.71 at a Burger King where nothing is 0.71 so who else would do that? My advice to all potential customers is to pay in cash and lock your debit cards if you’re using one and being the manager is as trifling as she is, don’t expect much in service. Everytime I go up there my personal order is incorrect and I have to wait, I see why now, being it’s ran by incompetent people no wonder they stay understaffed and who knows what else they do up there. Read moreMy experience at this Burger King location was, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever had in terms of customer service. From the very beginning, the treatment I received was rude, rushed, and completely lacking in courtesy. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee who took my order made assumptions without asking basic questions such as whether I wanted a combo and abruptly sent me to the next window without allowing for clarification.
When I went inside to try and correct the mistake and add fries and a drink to my order, the situation worsened. I was met with even more hostility and unprofessional behavior from three different employees, all of whom showed a disturbing lack of emotional intelligence, empathy, and basic customer service skills.
Most concerning was the clearly discriminatory attitude directed at me for being Hispanic. There is absolutely no excuse for a well-established brand like Burger King to allow individuals with such disdain for others and obvious personal frustration to represent their company.
I ended up requesting a refund not only due to the poor service, but because of the humiliating, racist, and incompetent treatment I received. It is truly disheartening that in 2025, there are still places where ignorance and personal bitterness overshadow basic respect for customers.
I strongly urge anyone who values decent treatment to avoid this location. We all deserve to be served by people who demonstrate maturity and professionalism in their roles. And rest assured, I will not let this go unnoticed.the press listens too, and stories like this don’t...
Read moreTHE ATTITUDES NEED TO GO!!!Just left the drive-thru and ordered some things for me and the kids. The credit card machine was running slow...not a problem, it happens. I had to pull around to the front and get my order because there were cars behind me...not ideal, but BK is not the only ones to do that. My problem lies here.....they decided (while I was paying) that they were going to shut down card payments because of the aforementioned credit card machine running slow. About three cars came out right behind me (after I pulled around to wait in the front). I'm assuming they had cards and could not order. No one else in the drive-thru, dining room is closed. WHY AM I WAITING SEVERAL MINUTES FOR MY FOOD?!?!??? When they do bring my order out, she goes back in before I completely finished checking my bag for all the things I ordered. SURPRISE SUPRISE!!!!
