I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your on 05/10/2025. I was extremely disturbed by the behavior of the managers on duty during my visit.
Specifically, the manager was very rude, threw my food in the trash directly in front of me, and refused to serve me because the restaurant was closing in 7 minutes. He reacted because I told him that he was assisting the other young lady fixing the DoorDash orders and she asked him three times for assistance. I believe this conduct is not only unprofessional but also contrary to the high standards of customer service I have come to expect from Chipotle.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly. I am interested in understanding what corrective measures will be taken to ensure that such behavior does not recur and to help maintain the quality of service that Chipotle is known for. I would appreciate a response regarding any actions that will be implemented following this incident.

Read moreI’m very disappointed, and I’m a regular customer who comes there often. I was speaking with Nataly, who was ringing up my order. First, I asked for chips, and she said they were out. I was very understanding and said, “I will wait for some more chips.” However, she had an attitude and told me there would be “no more chips made tonight,” which is a terrible excuse and very unprofessional, especially since it wasn’t even near closing time.
Then, I proceeded to ask for a bag, and she said, “We’re out of bags.” Keep in mind, I had miscellaneous items as well as my bowl, which was too much for me to carry without a bag. I then asked if I could have a bag with a handle, and she told me those were only for “online orders.”
I went to the counter to get my fork and napkins, and I saw a young gentleman who works at Chipotle. I asked him if he could get me a bag, and he went right behind the counter and grabbed me a bag—one that Chipotle normally puts the bowls in. In the end, it seemed like she didn’t want to do her job or help me.
