My first and last time going here. To be fair to the owner the young lady behind the counter was amazing, but if you want to expand the clientele that patronize you, please understand that a few changes must be made. I approach the counter and ask did they have any cranberry juice, the young lady behind the counter said they did not…….no problem, well, do you have orange juice, she said yes we do and offered to add lemon and or ginger….no thank you, just the orange juice please…..now here is where things go left……the juice is $9 and some change, ok, I’ve paid more for unhealthy drinks, but we go from 9 and change to 12 and change, ok, now Im a little concerned…….I take a pause and ask, are the juice from seeded oranges or seedless…….she assures me seeded. Then she asked me if I wanted ice or no ice, I told her no ice…….to which she begins to tell me that there will be an up charge for not putting ice in my cup…..she said if she didn’t put ice in the already 16oz. cup, that she would have to further reduce the amount of juice in the now $12 - 16oz cup, and she demonstrated with her hands where the juice would be filled to……so let me get this straight……if I choose to not get ice in my cup you are going to charge me an up charge, and if I do, I get less the drink while still paying you more for two bags of naval oranges which I could squeeze myself………no thank you…..and then I leave……maybe your customers are satisfied with your policy…….and I pray the juice is of quality……but had she filled that 16oz cup all the way up……this review would not exist……..fair business practices are what keep doors open……….I can assure you the owner would not walk in any establishment and be presented with the same set of circumstances and feel comfortable going forward with the sale……if so….well, therein lies...
Read moreWould give zero stars if I could. As a long time Clean Juice patron who has visited several locations this place is the worst! I typically drive 15 minutes out of my way to the southend or quail hollow location to avoid it even though this one is on my route. Things have really gone down hill in the last year. It is a revolving door of employees so someone new is always in training. They are clearly short staffed and the people who do show up are frazzled and over worked often leading to really long wait times and messed up orders. Instead of paying their employees a decent wage they've added an app update that basically forces you to leave a tip.
SO why am i writing this? I've tried several times to reach out on their cusotmer contact form to get my money back for the smoothies I couldnt eat. They improvise on ingredients so you never know what you are going to get often forgetting to add ice leading to warm baby food like textured smoothies that are too sweet. My smoothie this morning was inedible which for $10 a pop is ridiculous! I'm frequenting a chain looking for consistent ingredients and nutrition and they just cannot seem to folllow directions and deliver. Another one...
Read moreI ordered in the app but was not able to order a second item in the app so I had to go in the store to order in addition to the app order. I ended up spending over $42.00 in your Myers Park store but the cashier could not get the app to scan and take my payment. So I had to pull out my credit card to pay for everything. Then she did not even thank me or give me a receipt. I asked her did the app scan so I could get credit for the $42 + I had just spent and she said it did. It did not. I then got home and found out they had made or given me someone else's order because what was given to me was NOT what I had wanted. Then on top of it all, when I submitted a help desk request for your app the tech/CSR closed out my request for the purchase not posting in the app! If you have an app it should work and customers should be able to order anything on the menu (subject to availability) and I should have been given a receipt because the app did not work and scan in my purchase or...
