I really hope the manager reads this. STEPHANIE, is the most beautiful human being that I have ever met in my entire life. I literally just came in to pick up my food that I ordered online, I walked in and she was such a light! She immediately came to see what I needed and she was beyond sweet and helpful. I have never eaten here before so I got food to go but I would come back literally just because of how amazing her customer service was. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable and it speaks volumes to how much this establishment cares about their customers but how outstanding her customer service was. What shocks me if I wasn’t dining in so she literally could have just taken my name and brought out my order but she engaged me while I waited, checked on me to make sure I was okay. Packed my food so nearly with so much care and came back to see if everything was to my liking she literally went above and beyond. I don’t receive service that good at 5 star restaurants when I am sitting down with a waitress. I want to say lastly when I came there I was really feeling down because a loved one who passed away has a birthday that is coming up… I had been down all day. Her extreme kindness and warmth and making me feel so valued picked up my entire evening and I don’t take that lightly. I really want her to be acknowledged she is an absolute STAR! Stephanie if you’re reading this you have no idea how much you brightened my entire day with all of your joy, and kindness you are the best customer service I have ever had in my life....

We visited this restaurant hoping for a nice evening out, but unfortunately, the service fell short. They only had two people managing the entire floor—a bartender and a waitress—who were clearly overwhelmed. While they both seemed to be doing the best they could, the lack of staffing was a glaring issue.

We waited an unusually long time just to place our order, and getting refills or addressing any concerns was nearly impossible. The staff’s effort was commendable, but it was evident that the management had set them up to fail by not scheduling enough help. If it hadn’t been for the fact that we had already placed our food order, we would have left.

The food itself was fine, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the poor service and long waits. This could be a great spot with better organization, but as it stands, it’s not a place we’d rush back to...

Stumbled upon this little gem looking for a quick bite to eat in a Monday night. Small place with a nice bar and outdoor seating for warm weather. Service was fast, polite and drinks were good. 1/2 price wings were a 10/10 and so was my smash burger! Large sized portion of sweet potato fries were great too which are hard to master. Overall a great experience. Tried the Squeeze Me cocktail and their house margs, bartender knows what she is doing. Don’t let the recent reviews deter you. Clean bathrooms. This is a place i will gladly spend my money at again....
