Food and service is great ngl. My family and I have eaten before here and never had a problem. Just a few days ago we decided to try and dine in because we’ve had like I would say maybe 2 yrs of not eating inside. But let me tell y’all. During the day I would say it’s fine to eat there, but at night is just a big no. We went inside, sat down and a nice young lady came to attend us, the problem was that neither for the natural drinks nor the soda machine did they have refill. Then, minutes later I took my little girls to the bathroom and wow, the bathrooms are horrible. The toilets literally didn’t have a lid nor a seat! As we went back to our table, my husband and I started smelling a weed smell INSIDE the restaurant, that’s when my husband was like “no we can’t eat here, especially with kids” and also he stated that when the weed smell started creeping in, he heard someone near the kitchen area saying “close the door”. So we’re assuming they’re smoking weed in there. And before y’all come at me, trust me, I could care less if you do that, just why in the heck would you do it inside a restaurant knowing there’s children. Anyways, to each their own if you...

Food was decent, but customer service was HORRIBLE!! The server didn't introduce herself or greet us. She stood there like a mute, after we told her that we still didn't know what we wanted. We ordered an appetizer, and our food came out before our appetizer, which at that point we didn't want anymore. I told her I didn't want frijoles (beans) with my food, and my food came out with frijoles. Probably cause she didn't write anything down. When I told her that I ordered my food without frijoles, she huffed and took my plate back with her. My girlfriend asked to speak with a manager, and another server came out asking if everything was ok. My girlfriend explained everything to her, and still asked to speak with a manager. No manager ever came. The server came back 2 minutes later, reached over our food, without even saying anything, and snatched the appetizer back. When we got the check, they tried charging us for the appetizer that was taken back, that we didn't touch. They refunded us the money for the appetizer. Needless to say, we will never go...

At 9:30 PM, I had dinner here. The restaurant menu was in Spanish, and I don’t speak Spanish, but the bartender communicated with me using Google Translate. The dish I ordered had pieces of beef, vegetables, and chips. The beef was fresh but a bit tough, the chips were tasty, and the vegetables were fresh. I also got a Corona beer with the meal. My bill total was $27.53. I gave the bartender two twenty-dollar bills.

40 - 27.53 = 12.47

But the bartender only gave me $11 back! At first, I didn’t want to react, but I mentioned it to here , and she brought me one dollar back with a frown. I didn’t take that one dollar from her and instead added four dollars to it as a tip. She took the four dollars with a frown and without a thank you. I guess she didn’t like the lesson I was trying to teach her : people in America work hard for every single...
