Panaderia Odalys — Restaurant in Charlotte

So I came here to order a cake for my daughter’s Birthday, everything looked clean and smelled great when I walked in, so I placed my order and gave them specific details. I came the next day and picked it up and when I went to serve the cake at my daughter’s Birthday, it was not what I was expecting, the cake tasted really dry like it wasn’t made fresh (sort of bread like not sure how I can explain it) and the filling that I had asked for specifically wasn’t done correctly, I asked for pineapple filling and they put some white cream with actual pineapples, I never said I wanted whole pineapples and some whip cream or whatever it was they put in. I was extremely upset, I spent 50$ for terrible experience. The regular pastries they sell are fine but I’ll never come back here...

I been buying cakes and bread at this location for years but this is the last time i called in the morning to ask if they had a chocolate tres leche cake they said yes and hang up on me but i figured they were busy. So i stop by when i got there i waited for 5 minutes no body tried to help till i asked mind u no customers where there.so i asked again the lady said the chocolate tres leche cake was more money so i said it's fine. Visited this location on a Sunday and there wasn't but a couple people in the store. As soon as I entered the building I hear the lady at the counter rudely telling a customer that he could not be in the building without a mask. The man kindly replied that he couldn't wear a mask due to health problems and she basically told him to leave. I understand the whole mask thing but she was NOT WEARING A MASK!!!! I left without buying anything because I felt she was in the wrong for being so rude to him and the fact she was trying to enforce something she was not even following.
