Attitude from the drive thru was horrible. First when we get there the line, there was only one car at speaker. We waited for at least 10 mins before we heard anyone speak to them, telling them to please give them a sec. Finally once they helped them we were next. We placed our oder and moved right along, as usual. But then at the window, we didn't get our complete order. I had requested extra ice and I noticed there was only a little so before they handed it to me, I asked if I could please have more ice. She took the drink and just sloshed part of it out and added a little ice and filled it back up. It was the attitude behind HOW she did it. Then barely reaching out of the window with everything. I was reasonably positioned for if they would have met "in the middle" per say. They really just held the bag right at the edge and even though I was passing things to the passenger side, just seemed lazy and honestly, intentional. As though, they were mad because I asked for more ice. I ordered it at the speaker. Extra ice! Lol Then to top it off, after pulling away, we did not have our complete order!!! Thank God Burger King was right next door. Very bad experience considering we were there for 20 mins! They have kind of drive thru once you're in, you're in. No getting out if someone is behind you. Read moreAbsolutely horrid experience last night, and honestly the cherry on top for me. I got to the drive-thru window, and the teller took my cash, only to come back with a dollar in quarters that was supposed to be $2.88, all while cheerfully letting me know that they don't have anything else and that no one set her up with a change drawer.
The hand-off of the food was also pretty bad. My order was supposed to be $17 worth of food, and the girl at the window handed me 2 hard tacos & had to be reminded of the drink. I was furious. While they did remake my order, the damage was already done, and it didn't help that I got looks & laughs from the window while the staff last night obviously didn't care about what they were doing.
I get it, late nights suck, and more often than not this franchise spot shorts me an item or two and I shrug it off because I don't want to add extra stress, but last night's interactions are it for me. No way in hell should anyone visit this spot till they clean their act up. Definitely going to be looking elsewhere from now on, which also sucks because I'm a regular. Read moreWow, where to start? I love Taco Bell, but this particular location has let me down at every turn. Constantly closing early, forgetting to give me part of my order, and some weird issue every single time I go there. Tonight their "system went down" so they made me and 3 other cars awkwardly back out of the drive-thru. Last time I was there, they were plum out of chips and taco shells! Time before that, somehow their tea machine had caught fire and the had no CO² for the drink machine. Very rarely do they have cinnamon twists available to order. I check my bag everytime I leave the drive-thru and half the time there will be something missing from the order. I've arrived there before midnight on a random Saturday and they were inexplicably closed. It's possible that I just have the misfortune of going there on their off days because I only go there a few times a month. Either way, it's basically become a joke now where I try to guess what problem they are having or what items they have currently out of stock, as I drive to this location because it's closest to me house.
