Dunkin' — Restaurant in Charlotte

I read some comments here and I realize they dont belong to this store which is a shame. With that being said this Dunkin Donuts DO NOT HAVE A DRIVE THRU. I have been here a couple of times and I can say they have one of the best coffees. It doesnt taste watery and they always put enough flavors to enhance your coffee to your liking. They also have an amazing customer service however its not consistent. Their morning crews are always great and very fast but their evening crews needs a lot of work because the store looks messy and some of them does not know what they are doing on Baskin Robbins. Furthermore, they have a lot of variety of donuts in the morning so if I were you I'd come in early! because in the afternoon they sometimes dont have much variety left. Specially on HOLIDAYS, they will not have a lot of donuts left by noon and sometimes no donuts at all in the afternoon so order them ahead of time. I also suggest you used the DUNKIN DONUTS APP for "on the go" order if you want faster service because I notice they prioritize them first before anyone else. Overall, this Dunkin Donut is great, they will always greet you when you enter the store.They dont think twice correcting their mistakes if they made your order wrong which is a plus for me. So, I gave this store 4 stars because customer service is a big deal for me but they need to work on some issues concerning some of their crews and donut quantities. Placed an order online only to arrive to the location and see that they were closed.

It was for Christmas Eve, so I get it. However, this location should’ve reflected the hours just like the others. Nonetheless, I called, & the gentleman answered & told me the order was never made to begin with since it was placed right before their closing time (at that time I was unaware of their 5PM closing). I asked for my refund & he told me to do it myself on the app which I couldn’t because it was showing I picked it up & it charged my Dunkin account.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location & I have had an issue, the first time I did a curbside order. They not only honor the curbside option but the order wasn’t right. It was as if they gave me a coffee with only cream. I gave feedback and there was never any type of acknowledgment of it. If you do walk in only that is fine but please take off the option to do curbside.

The employees do not care one bit for their customers it’s almost as if we disturb them rather then help out their business.

Horrible experience. Rude and impatient employees -- especially the manager.

The staff should not assume every customer knows what they want when walking in the door -- especially when toting a 10 year old child with them. Within 30 seconds of my arrival, their impatience made the situation very uncomfortable. The staff congregated in front of the donut rack, making it impossible to see the selections -- and exacerbating their anxiousness. I couldn't order because I couldn't see the donuts! When I told them "not everyone knows what they want when they arrive" and "I can't see the donut rack", the manager, in front of everyone, chastised me about my tone of voice (yes, I was irritated, but not disrespectful). Left and went to Krispy Kreme down the road.

Dunkin Donuts, train your employees on PATIENCE. If they would have said "please take your time" -- and actually meant it, I would have had a positive experience. FYI, at first, there were no other customers in the store. Other folks arrived about halfway into...
