El Taco Veloz — Restaurant in Charlotte

Came out for taco Tuesday tonight as usual but tonight we had the worst service the first waitress the took our drink order was very attentive n nice and suggested some drink for my and my friend and also told us about taco tuesday special cool then our actual waitress came with our drinks and just stood there while we were looking at the menu we order 12 taco Tuesday special and 3 from the regular taco menu then she dropped the food without asking if we need it any else we can see her standing around doing nothing while all her tables we unattended and talking bad about the tables not leaving her enough tip. We were finally finished eating and she was no were to be found asked almost every other server for our check they keep on telling us she was coming etc .Finally she brought me the check and the check was wrong all the tacos were full price tacos not the special taco Tuesday she says she couldn't do nothing about because we ate them all and the she forgot it was taco Tuesday, we asked to speak with the manager she told the nobody was available and the person charge with tell us the same. She threw the check on the table and walk away and say pay what you think they were worth. We pay the full check because we come at least once a week. But this restaurant serving is getting worse and worse they can't say it's because the language difference because we spoke Spanish to her. My last time at this...

I went this saturday to introduce a co worker of mine to taste some authentic mexican food.and well i can admit i picked the WRONG spot. They werent all that busy i asked for a water that never came. Cool maybe theyre busy in the back or w.e. the case may be. I also learned that we didnt have a specific waitress. I ordered 2 tacos (just so our food would come out some what quicker) ..

Nope. Not only that our food was cold and i was still waiting for my water. So i ordered a corona instead. That came but all of my frienda drinks would keep comin one after the other and not in one take but ok.. Already disgusted at the service and the cold food i ate. I noticed that our waitress was not coming to our table at all. And she would casually walk past us and not even ask of we were doin ok. But she was pleasently flirting with the customers at the bar..

I asked one of the other waitresses if i could get my bill she said i have to go up to the bar and pay for it. We were all paying for our own food. So i kindly ask our waitress if she could split the checks in her words: IF YOU DONT MIND WOULD YOU JUST PAY THE WHOLE BILL AND THEN FIGURE IT WITH YOUR FRIENDS LATER.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST FOR ANYONE THAT IS GOING TO EAT HERE TRY TO AVOID IT..IF YOU DO DECIDED TO EAT HERE DONT EXPECT TO BE ATTENDED ON...

First time here and I will not be back. I ordered wings and fries along with unsweetened tea. Tea never came. I think it’s due to the waitress doesn’t speak English. But anyway the wings are tiny and have no flavor except for the hot sauce I asked for on the side. I definitely am not a satisfied customer. I have not been checked upon. Still waiting for my unsweetened tea. Mind you, it’s not packed here. Waitress is nowhere to be found. Till waiting for my unsweetened tea. Fries are okay. So 12 tiny little chic wingettes are like 12 dollars. Guess what. I’m still waiting on my unsweetened tea. Still no waitress. It’s now 741pm. Very poor customer service. They don’t speak English which made it difficult to get my food how I wanted it. I wonder if they will see me leave. No unsweetened tea. It’s 745pm. Water glass is now empty. No waitress still. Okay now at this point I don’t like it here as I’m getting looked at as if I don’t belong here. Rude staff. It is not worth eating here. I recommend going elsewhere to eat. Because first of all I asked for my tea and didn’t receive it. Close this place down. Too many negative vibes here for me. I don’t feel comfortable here...
