Hunan Express Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Charlotte

I normally go to them all the time but last night they gave me the wrong order I had ordered sesame chicken combo, chicken wings with fries, chicken with broccoli combo and a big soda. I am missing items such as the chicken wings with fries, the sesame chicken combo and the soda. When the order got here the food was cold and with when I called back last night no one answered I called them this morning to explain to them what happened they said they can’t do anything unless we have the actual food itself the order we have received was spicy wings with lo main (ewww) so we are exposing to them how we received the wrong order and how we did not get our whole order and they basically said without the spicy wings and lomain they can’t remake it and I explained remake what there’s nothing to remake I didn’t get my entire order the lady explained to call back after 5 to see if there’s anything they can do. They were unprofessional and did not handle my situation at all after this I will not be ordering from them anymore they had a whole attitude and were very rude they wanted us to dig in the dumpster and find the food but what about the food we never received? Years ago I gave it a 5 star. That was when the original owner worked there. Both he and the food was GREAT! Then he retired and sold it to his nephews. Now they have changed the recipes and the quality of the foods. Now it tastes just a little better than canned Chinese. I've seen the uncle out and about several times and he said that he told them to stop f-ing things up. It's been over a year since I've been back. Until yesterday. I do like their spring rolls. While there I asked, have you gone back to the uncle's recipes? Told quite matter of fact, NO! Didn't ask why I asked because they obviously don't care as to what there customers want. This because all they are concerned with is profit. Odd,the former owner put his children through college and lives well in retirement. I SO wanted to like this place after reading the reviews, but the food was TERRIBLE! The best Sesame Chicken in town? I don't think so. Instead, I got under cooked mystery meat bathed in a super sweet almost barbecue like sauce. Even the spring roll was bad! Soggy and salty. I couldn't even finish it. I have yet to find decent Chinese food since moving to this side of town which is disappointing since there seems to be a large Asian population in the area.
