Sunday, September 29th,2024. Drive through. Apparently you "MUST" be within inches of the speaker in order to order. I had no idea. I've been to this location a few times. While I wasn't heard over the mic, so I proceeded to the window to order, I was under the impression that maybe the order box wasn't working. The Woman at the window, who could have taken my order and let me pay, told me I couldn't order at the window. Really? Since when do you HAVE to order in a box that's not working. She also informed I must drive back around and "get closer" so it would make it "ring" . I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous. I've ordered at the windows when the "box" wasn't working, so what's the difference. NONE! She was Apparently not happy for some reason. It would have been very easy to show a little "Customer Service " and just let me know for future orders to just get a little closer next time. Not wanting to get in a word sling with a very incompetent, irrational, and ignorantly rude person, I chose to take the high road and drive all the way back around and order. After doing so, the Rude person went outside and have a smoke break. 🚬. Right in front of the store. Very bad image for the store to have employees smoking in front of everyone. However, the young girl who handled my order, once I drove back around, was also having to work with this rude person and was having a bad day as well. I wonder why? I assured her that I fully understand why she was crox and that it wasn't her fault. She, the young girl, was nice and polite and deserved a better working atmosphere than what she was dealing with. Good help is hard to find, but when you let the rotten apples rule or remain, not only do you create a hostel working environment, you lose what you need to survive, customers. KFC is a choice we customers make. It's not "just another burger joint". KFC is a good choice for chicken and fixens! Read moreI don't know why I gave this place another chance. Every time I go they are we out of something or get my order wrong. First they had me park in front of the first door, which is by the drive thru to wait on my order. A couple minutes later the car behind me is honking his horn for me to move and the kfc employee is waving and shooing her arms for me to get out of the way. So they had me park around the building. Once I finally got my order I realized they forgot my drink. I went inside to get it and the employee that took my order and manager both ignored me. After they took 3 other orders and me standing there for about 10 minutes, they finally acknowledged me and gave me my cup. Now I'm ready to leave and their food service truck comes and blocks the whole driveway...no way around them. Finally get home after 30 min. And see that they forgot the biscuits to my 12 piece meal and the 6 cookies it was supposed to come with. I didn't have time to go back so I called them and nobody picked up the phone. I tried calling 3 times, to speak to someone so I can get this resolved and no one answered. They messed up my order, gave horrible customer service and cheated me out of something I out for. This place is ridiculous! If they forget something as simple as putting biscuits in our order. What else are they forgetting? Are they forgetting that the chicken is past the expiration time / date? Read moreThis took place on Sunday November 24,2024. I ordered 2 chicken pot pies online through the app . When I went inside to pick up my order their were 5 people standing around. Finally, someone came to the counter . I told them what I had ordered. They said they were out of chicken pot pies. So I said the app said my order was ready. The manager then came to the counter and said they were not taking online orders today. She asked my name and immediately pulled up my receipt. So I asked for my money back. She replied, " I can give you something else." Or you can get your money back off the app. I asked how I could do that. She replied, "I don't know." So I went to my and a friend mine told if they pulled your receipt up they should be able to refund your money. I went back inside the store and asked for money back because you have a receipt of my payment or the product. I She proceeded to the back of the store and looked in a freezer. She asked if I was willing to wait 30 minutes for the pot pies to cook. I said yes. They finally started to cook the pies. After all that, the chicken pot pies were there they didn't want to cook them. Also, she tried to keep my money. This process took 1 hour. They were not short of staff.
