I am writing to share my disappointment with the service I received at your Wendover store on September 4th.
When I arrived, the cashier was on her cell phone and did not acknowledge me or take my order until she finished her personal call. This created an unnecessary and unprofessional delay. Despite this, I placed my order and specifically asked for the breadsticks with garlic, Parmesan, and butter, even offering to pay extra for it.
When I got home, I discovered that the order was wrong. Instead of what I requested, I was given old breadsticks that had clearly been sitting in the warmer, without any of the toppings I ordered. While I take responsibility for not checking before leaving, I did expect my order to be correct and fresh.
To address this, I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered the phone. This lack of response only added to the frustration and left me with no way to resolve the issue directly with the store.

Read moreI would give 0 stars if possible. I have never had so rude customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas via their app. DoorDash picked up 2/3 pizzas. Little Caesar’s called me and told me I needed to call the driver and have him turn around. I called him but he was already close to my place. I called up little Caesar’s and ask the lady if she could help handle this and she says I need to call the driver. She hangs up on me while I am speaking. I called him again assuming she mistakenly hung up. I explain I already tried calling the driver and ask if she can arrange for delivery of the last pizza. She tells me that I should not tell her how to do her job! And then says to me “I am not going to help you!” And she hangs up.
