I don't understand how this place is still open , we tried this place for the first time tonight. There were three of us and this was a Friday evening. But was not crowded at all. My daughter ordered the pasta Alfredo, I ordered the meat lovers Pizza, my wife ordered the eggplant entree. My daughter first got her Alfredo meal and at the same time my wife got her side for her meal. My pizza did not come out, my daughter tried the pasta Alfredo and said that she did not like it, then my wife tried it, she did not like it, and I tried it and did not like it. It tasted like milk and flour mixed together horrible sauce. My wife tried her pasta even though she was still waiting for her main dish which the waiter kept saying it will come out soon which it never did. She said the ingredients seem to be a very very low quality, and tasted as such, like something out of a can. No wonder why you have to pay for your food up front before even receiving it because it's horrible.
This was our Friday and we wanted a nice meal as a family not watching each other eat while waiting on food.
After realizing the horrible taste of the pasta Alfredo, and the horrible taste of her spaghetti with tomato sauce, and the low quality of ingredients, and very bad cooking skills, also considering the fact that the food is actually very expensive for what you get, we realized it's probably better just to ask for our money back and leave. We never got the pizza and eggplant meal. The waiter said he needed to call somebody first before giving our money back, turned out this was the owner who he was talking to on the phone. The owner told him not to give any money back. I could not believe this, in America you get your money back if you didn't get what you pay for. His argument was that the food was cooked and therefore we needed to pay for it regardless if it tasted like garbage the fact that they made an effort to cook the food is what we have to pay him for. I had to make a very big scene to finally get my money back. The owner is a slime bag that's operating a very low quality Pizzeria with no ethics and no morals. There seemed to be people that were regulars there, but I really do think there's a lot of people that will stay at a place just cuz it's close by and the pizza could taste like cardboard and they will still come back.
Again I just want to emphasize that the owner is a real real piece of trash and tried to slime some money away from customers hoping that we weren't the type of people to fight for their money back.
We will never go back there, and we will definitely recommend to everyone that we ever meet not to go there if asked for recommendations on places to eat, we...
Read moreThey seem to be doing well in spite of how INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful they are to certain people, so the food must be DELICIOUS. I'll never know. They intentionally ignored me for over half an hour, after I'd placed a call in order that was said to be ready when I got there 20 minutes after I placed it. So I then patiently sat there waiting for another 30 minutes as they literally went out of their way NOT to address me aside from the few times I took the initiative to speak to them. I should note that there was literally only ONE TABLE currently sitting in the restaurant, and they left a few minutes after I arrived. So it was empty, aside from the customers coming in for pickups or to place orders to go. I asked how long when I got there and they said it was coming out. 15 minutes later I was able to pry one of the children working there away from the game long enough to ask again, and he said "just a couple of minutes." In the meantime they took around a dozen NEW orders right in front of me, and gave each and every one of those customers their food before mine... even though I called it in 20 minutes prior and had been waiting for a while in person. They also casually chatted with their "regulars," watched the football game, and generally just lounged around ignoring me, and my order. Well, except for the few times they whispered, giggled, and pointed towards me, while I patiently sat waiting. I eventually just walked out, which was clearly their goal, as they just laughed loudly, and didn't say a word about the food or anything else for that matter. I THEN sat in the car for 10 minutes sitting right in front of the restaurant, as I sent some texts and made a call. I then had the bright idea to call into the restaurant just to see what would happen. Sure enough, the phone just rang and rang and rang and rang and RANG, NEVER to be answered. The best part? I sat there the entire time just watching all 3 of the kids up front just stand there watching the game, not budging an INCH lol.
Edit: For a MOMENT I thought that I MIGHT be overreacting to a one off situation. Then I read the rest of the 1 star reviews, and it is EXACTLY what I experienced, as far as the poor customer service, and terrible condescending attitudes. Glad (and sad) to know I wasn't wrong. It'll catch up to them soon enough. Always does.
Edit edit lol: Imagine being so much of a scumbag that instead of addressing and owning up to the many similar customer service (and food) complaints, you attempt to play the woe is me victim card and blame all of the customers you've treated like dirt? LOL.
DO NOT EAT AT...
Read moreFor starters I only gave this restaurant one star because I have not had their food yet but I’m pretty sure it’s good just based upon the orders that I have received from here thus far .. The customer service from the young ladies that I received was very dis-tasteful and rude. When I came in , no greeting whatsoever even after I spoke, just told me to “wait a minute”, did what she needed to do and said “yeah pick up ?” . This was the taller blonde young lady working the registers .. so I brushed it off and said, “hi yes I have a pick up order for so-and-so” she says 10 minutes.. which , I did not have a problem with it it takes time but it doesn’t take 45/hour to make a cheese pizza . As I waited , I noticed Everyone after me come in and receive their food they might’ve had to wait for maybe about five minutes or so, But not 30+ mins. As the shorter brown/blonde young lady handed out the last order to the lady that came in much longer after me and waited about 3 minutes to receive her food, I asked her how much longer and the young lady said, “I don’t know how much longer maybe about five or 10 minutes” .... as of now I’ve been waiting for about 15 minutes on a “10 minute” pizza so I asked her, “did you guys start the order as soon as I arrived ?just a question to make sure so I can update the customer that I’m picking up for..” , she gave me a very smart remark with an attitude, “well I don’t know what time you came in here ma’am” .. very nonchalant like I haven’t already been waiting for 15 minutes already.. I did not expect to have that encounter with such young women being a woman myself I find that type of attitude very disgusting ESPECIALLY if you’re dealing with the public.. Personally if I don’t like to deal with people or certain type of people then I won’t have that job I would prefer not to work somewhere that I will have to deal with a certain type of person that comes in or Even if I don’t like customer service.. if you don’t like your job don’t work there. This is not the first time I’ve received an attitude from these young ladies and that’s quite ridiculous .. the general manager needs to put that in check because things like this will cause a business to go down the drain and continue to get negative reviews. I’ve been in management and still am, I enjoy customer service and customer experience. That’s why I do what I do .. just tighten up . This...
