6pm Sun Aug. 4th 2019.. The Most Rude Conversation I have EVER had with a so-called manager! Says His name is Brian after I repeately asked Him for it and He repeatedly refused to give it so I would not be surprised if it was a fake name. Ordered a specialty pizza meal deal online at 10:30pm Thurs. Aug 1st. Store hours showed they closed at 11pm. I waited for about 40mins and then received a call saying they were behind on deliveries and it would be another hour b4 the pizza would arrived and asked if I still wanted my order. I said that I would wait as long as it arrived hot. Waited another hour and finally the order arrived with incorrect toppings and the wrong 2 liter soda. Called and spoke with a Female manager who apologized for the error and said she would add a note in the system for a free large specialty pizza of my choosing and the delivery would be free. I called today to have this free pizza delivered and the Manager "Brian" said it would be a 2hr wait on delivery and we were only allowed a 3 topping pizza. I tried to explain to him what took place on Thursday Night and what I was previously told but instead of listening, "Brian" over talked and interrupted and dismissed what I was telling him saying He could not honor the info we were given. Finally after several times asking Him to please let me talk, I asked for His name. He replied "I'm not giving you my name, just tell me what you want on your pizza and I'll make what you want." I told Him that I couldn't believe a Manager would refuse to take ownership of His Store's error and also not give his name when asked. He then hung up the phone. I called back and he said the phone dropped. I told him He could keep the pizza because I was not that pressed for a pizza that I didn't even ask for, you offered it to me and I will be speaking to His General Manager. He then lied again and said He was the General manager. I will not be ordering from this location...
Read moreI frequent The Plaza store location about once a week, as my family loves pizza night. After placing my order online , I realized I forgot to change my settings form carryout to delivery. Not a problem, a quick call to the store and this should be resolved right? wrong! After being placed on hold for what seemed like forever, I was hung up on. called back placed on hold, forever again. Finally get a team member, to be placed on hold several more times without warning, without ever being able to explain the minor mishap. Finally just fed up, I requested a refund but not without being placed on hold yet again without warning. Next I get a young gentleman who was just all out rude. I tried to explain the situation he cut me off several times, then proceeded to tell me my order had been completed, I told him my order was in fact not completed and after tracking my order via the website it hadn't even been boxed. The gentlemen argued that I didn't have an order in the system. After trying to explained to him once again, I was cut off again and told "if you do have an order and it is not picked up or delivered by the end of the night, then to can get a refund!" Read moreWe ordered at this location, was supposed to get delivered at our building and didn’t ever show up. We called twice to then get the manager (a woman with a rude tone) who told us that they were short staffed and had to send it with a DoorDasher. They were going to remake the order and send. The manager asked us to give them the number affiliated with the order and we gave it to them. After then waiting over an hour and a half we called at 11:15pm to find out that they did not even have the cell number correct and blamed us for it. The manager had a horrendous attitude with us like it was affecting her directly. She said we couldn’t get our money back IN FULL which was almost 80 dollars and didn’t give us her name. She argued with us until we told her we would come up the next day and get the refund. No call, no warning. They just took the order back and didn’t even notify us. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. We had a party going on and no food to feed our guests. If this is someone Papa Johns hires they should rethink their hiring process.
