Why open new locations and not have a standard of service. I’ve given this location plenty of chances. It gets worst each time. Either there’s no food at all at 12 when they just opened at 10, the wait time can be ridiculous, the unbelievable rude service (I sat in drive thru as the change shift occurred and saw attitudes immediately), unprofessional management, biscuits NEVER fresh, and so many other things. I ordered shrimp because I know they have to cook to order so I expect the delay, cool but for my food to not be fresh after waiting 10-15 minutes. Only to make a complaint in front of the manager in duty and as the worker asks her about making my items right she shakes her head to say no and never addresses the situation but just walks away. Only to come back after I state I want fresh food and I’ll wait. I was told that it would take 30 minutes when customers were in and out during that time. The manager, instead of trying to talk with me she instructs the workers to give me a refund that I didn’t ask for. I declined and that’s when she threatened to call the police on me because I was holding up their drive thru time. I waited in the drive thru the time that they said it would take for them to make fresh items. I never got them. Instead they instructed all their customers that came to the drive thru to come inside. I wish I could post 0 stars. I know these reviews probably won’t make any difference either.
Please hire a manager that has standards of professionalism. If I’m paying for a service and not being rude about it, I should not be met with asshole attitudes just because they messed my order up. Fix what I paid for and I’ll leave. This location will NEVER get my service again. I have been bitten one...
Read moreI placed a mobile older, arrived through drive through, the person who took my order said, "Drive up & park, we're making order fresh and it will be 6 minutes". This was at 7:06 p.m and I waited 20 minutes, but no food.
I walked inside with my son and advised them the above and what's taking so long? The same guy apologized and someone else "just" printed my ticket & literally turned around to START packaging my order after 25 minutes now.
The presentation of the staff's clothing to their manerism & customer service is a disgrace to the company. My child even noticed everyone's pants sagging off their behinds & how unprofessional they look.
There was no one dining in and not much cars in the drive through, but there was so much chicken just piling on top and sitting there for a while.
I made a comment to the whole staff for future reference it would be good customer service if someone's order is running late, have someone go and update the customer. There was a guy that acted as if he was in charge & state, "Didn't he he tell you it would be a few minutes wait?" And I stated, "No, he said 6 mins and now it's past 20 mins with a mobile order." Then he said, "Oh."
I said to the whole staff, "Have a good night" & then they said you too and laughed as we left to go back to our car. I did get an extra apple pie & regular red beans & rice side.
I get home and I asked for mild chicken & I got spicy. The chicken was soggy & dried out. The Mac & cheese looks old as hell, plus only half the container was full. The french fries was dried out & stale.
I've ordered from this place 15 plus times & tonight definitely was the most disgusting the food was & the WORST customer service ever. These adults in there are grown men acting...
Read moreI came to this location to use the survey that states but a large drink and enjoy 2 pieces of chicken and bisquit for free. I have done this several times, at this location, I er the last few months. I frequent this one because I work near it. I have never had a problem, other than once receiving spicy, when I ordered classic. I always order a classic white meal. So today I was told I can only get dark meat with the survey and was told that it says that in the survey. Then I was rushed off n never completed my order. I decided to pull to the window to get this straight, the the "employee" stated that she was the store manager and that's what the survey specifies. I explained I come here frequently and this has never happened. I asked her to show me where it says this in the printed survey. She rolled her eyes and called Crystal from the kitchen to switch my chicken and told me this will be my only exception. Like how is this an exception if there was no rules being violated anyway. She had a very nasty attitude and poor disposit and stated to me that this location has never had a store manager. I'm trying to figure out why she would lie to me about something as simple as that when I have encountered encountered both managers several times. I'm not sure which one was the store manager but they both females with locs and they had the same exact shirt on that this lady claiming to be management had on, but there had superior customer service skills. This "manager" totally handled me wrong and I will not be coming back to this location because there are parameters put in placing order and using coupons, and it's done in the name of unspoken...
