Latino Grill — Restaurant in Charlotte

I have come here several time, twice today. I usually order tacos, the second time I ordered a steak burrito instead. I asked what came on it and was told lettuce tomato, onions, cheese, and sour cream. I asked no cheese or sour cream and while she makes it they added rice and beans, I can't eat beans and when I questioned beans and said If I would have been informed of beans I would have said no beans. She proceeded to argue with me that whats comes on it. I said then you shoulf have told me, so I said I would take it as is, She said she would remake it but WILL NEVER SERVE ME AGAIN. I drive trucks so I went in this place to grab something to eat right at 2pm on a Saturday because I seen that it supposed to close at 3 on Google.Well when I go in to ask the lady can I get something to eat,she proceeds to tell me that they were closed,ok no problem so I grab a sandwich and some chips out the store.While I’m paying for my stuff at the register,me & the young lady look over and the lady from the restaurant is taking a guys order.Hmmmm no way to run a business.If your closed at a certain time then you need to be closed for everyone.Don’t pick and choose who you want to serve.I will never try to get something to eat...

This is one of those places where you know the food is going to be bomb. They usually have two individuals working the grill and taking orders. I have not had their tacos, but the burrito I had was delicious. Its a super convenient location (inside gas station), so you can fill up your gas tank, and have a wide variety of drinks to choose from.

I noticed they do not have their full menu online, so I snapped some shots of their current menu to share with all of society!
