I started to order my food at the drive thru which I was the only car in line and as soon as I said family meal a rep cut me off and said "come in side thank you" I asked "why if I'm trying to order in drive thru" her response was "because we have alot of orders" i pulled up and asked "if I come inside will my full order be made fresh and was told "yes thats why we wanted you to come inside so you can see that the order is being made fresh " I walked inside and again there was no one inside so there was no way there was alot of orders I already feel lied to so I asked cashier if they were busy she said "no" then she asked "are you the guy from drive thru" I said yes she said oh yeah the drive thru is very busy" I told her I was the only one in line" she responded "well they are still busy" so after ordering i moved down to wait for my food and watched the cashier box up old chicken that has been sitting when she attempted to put it in the box I asked if that was for me she said "yes" I said " I'm sorry but they told me my order would be made fresh" she argued that the chicken was fresh another rep said "this chicken here is fresh" as they pointed behind them i said "well she got my chicken from the drive thru side and not from there and no one has walked over fresh chicken since I've been in here" once they changed out the chicken and gave me the "fresh" chicken i get home and I'm missing 4 tenders i called the store to explain that there is always an issue at this location which is why I wanted my order fresh so this wouldn't happen and heard the manager latasha in the background saying there is no way I was missing food and she asked me to come back with my receipt I walked in and she made sure to have it remade without hesitation but for me to get this order get all the way home a second time and there to be hair in my biscuit I just want a refund at this point it's that...
   Read moreI placed a mobile order at this location on 6/30 at 9am I arrived at the location and went through the drive thru for pickup b/c that was an option on the app the lady said I had to come in b/c the order wasnât ready. I had 3 young kids in the car and told them I couldnât do that. They told me to pull up so I did and waited over 10 minutes so I had no choice but to go in, I asked was the mobile order ready they said they didnât have a mobile order under my name and they never started fixing my order but they had just told me to pull up b/c it wasnât ready. I ordered 4 Boberries and a sweet potato pie the lady said they donât have any and what do I want to swap it out for, Iâm like WTH!!! Thereâs nothing else comparable to those so I requested a refund. They said they couldnât refund and for me to contact customer care. So now I didnât get the food I ordered or my money back and I still havenât heard anything from customer care after contacting them. I will never again order in the app or visit that location. Then maybe a month ago I stopped by there to get lunch and majority of the staff was outside b/c 2 employees was about to fight and the others was watching and waiting for them to fight, the lady taking my order was to focus on what was going on that she forgot to give me 4 of my drinks to my meals.    Read moreEvery time I visit this location I question why on earth I stopped there! I pull up and several cars ahead of me drove off after trying to order, first sign something was wrong. I get to the speaker and get greeted with "Welcome to Big Bo-Bos!" follow by laughing which quickly prompted me to say excuse me! I try to order a family meal and I swear for the 3rd time I've visited, I'm told they are out of Chicken! How does this happen, this was at 730PM! I order tenders because I was told that's all they have but there'd be a 6 minute way in what I perceived was relayed to dissuade me from ordering them. I pull up and ask why would you begin your greeting like that and they staff looked confused as an older male manager aimlessly walks by. Despite no one directly behind me I was asked to pull up and I declined as 6 minutes isn't long and I wanted to make sure order was correct. The same manager that ignored my earlier situation was heard through the glass saying "well what is he waiting for?" and I quickly told him I was waiting on my order and 5 minutes have already passed. I asked about the Big Bo-Bos greeting and all he said was "I didn't have my headphones on but will get them on. Why does subpar service continue? Does the owner or company not care and deciding to not provide good service or stay stocked like other stores? I'm tired of this, why should I have to travel outside my community for better service?
