Overall a pleasant experience. Very flavorful food. Only a few bits of constructive criticism towards the Trinidadian dishes I ordered, since I'm half Trini and have been eating it all my life beginning in Brooklyn NY (Including during 3 trips to Trinidad): 1. The doubles were great and flavors were spot on.. However the method used to warm the shell up (my guess is it was microwaved) should be reviewed, since small parts of it were hard (consistent with over microwaving).. 2. Chicken roti, again, spot on flavor, very tasty... However it was only wrapped in foil and since it was very hot, by the time I got it home the roti shell was somewhat gummy. Traditionally they're wrapped in a white paper then foil wrapped, and I believe this method serves to keep the roti shell flaky. 3. Chicken roti again: consider adding an option using curry dark meat chicken, as traditionally this is the chicken meat used in this dish (well at least in the New York City version). White meat chicken was very tasty, and the chick peas and potatoes were spot on, but was slightly thrown off when I saw the white meat chicken. But KUDOS to you for bringing roti and west Indian fare to Charlotte! I will be back soon.

South End Eats is an interesting concept of collection of ghost kitchens. This place is best suited for take-out orders. The kitchens that serve this location range from Southern food to Paninis and a bunch of other cuisines. We got the Chicken Cutlet Panini and the Nashville Chicken Panini from The Panini Grill. They tasted pretty good overall, albeit we weren’t fans of the breaded chicken that they used. We ordered the food at one of the kiosks, and it took around 30 mins for us to pick our order. Once the food is ready, you get a text with a link. You click the link and one of the lockers opens with your food in it. Pretty unique and nifty. The parking situation can be difficult with a lot of people coming in to pick up their orders, and most of their parking spots being take-out only. They’ve separate areas for Doordash and Ubereats pickups, and while we saw an arrow pointing us to an area for dining in, we weren’t sure if that area was really open. Overall, South End Eats is a good and unique place that’s open until late in Charlotte. We will back here to try the other kitchens.

I’m setting outside as I type… we attempted to order some food from pasta queens the order was wrong and we went back inside to request to talk to a employee from the restaurant a heavier set brown skin woman with short locs came to the window she did not want to hear nothing we had to say she would not correct the order she was moody and angry at first we informed her we would just get a refund and leave the food but when we asked her how to get a refund she rudely said however you get it …. We told her we would just keep the food and she looked right at us took the food and walked off so we paid for food we do not have …. She was rude would not explain the return process and made us feel very upset we are still trying to figure out how to get a refund …. We were trying to support a black owned business but her attitude was evil and she had no people dealing skills I am a veteran and she really triggered my ptsd…. I sure did not served my country to deal with mean people like that young lady never again will I be coming here, this will be my first and last…

No stars for Atmosphere cause we are in the car, so it depends on what’s around and tonight was an empty parking lot. lol 5 stars for service because order was ready before the estimated time, and they put in napkins and ketchup I did not even think to ask for. 4 stars for the food. Last time I gave 4 it was because there was not enough of the yummy sauce for the churros. This time it is because I was a lil less impressed by the boneless wings. But first let me tell you about the fries! I had the sweet potato waffle fries which are served with maple syrup for dipping. I dipped a couple and it was good, but too sweet for my frie tastes. I’d rather see a lil more salt sprinkled on them and just enjoy the play between the natural sweetness of the potato and the salty, but overall I give them a 4.8. Delish! The batter fried crispy French fries, OMG! Some of the best fries I have ever had!!! I did not add anything to them such as ketchup or extra salt, etc. They were salted just right and really crispy and yet tender at the same time! Now one thing, we pulled over and ate as soon as we got the food. I am not sure they would be so crisp if the traveled far unless maybe you take them out of bag because of the moisture created by the heat of the food. But as far as fries go I give them a 5! Now back to the chicken wings, we actually had bone-in first time we came. So we tried boneless this time. The fry on the breading was definitely crispy, however between the heavy breading and the sauce, the chicken gets lost! I think they would be much better if the chicken was not breaded and it was grilled or baked before the sauce goes on instead of fried. However I really love their Asian sauce! So it kinda saved it, but I also noticed the breading made the richness of the sauce stand out and it was hard to finish because it was so rich in its savory flavor! I guess you could say the sauce is like a savory garlic teriyaki and you can also taste the ginger in there just slightly. It’s not at all like the pineapple teriyaki that most people think of. Then they put on sesame seeds and green onion. I would have liked a lil more green onion. But if you don’t like either of those I am sure they could leave them off. I talked to a guy on the phone who was very accommodating. Anyway I will be back and I will have the bone in wings again!!!! And I’ll def try the boneless again if they ever cook them a did way aside from frying with...

I stopped by South End Eats last night for dinner a little after 7 pm. This place is takeout only and you have to order your food from the various eateries on the kisok. The process is efficient with a text that let's you know your order is ready as well as lockers to pick up your food once complete. There is a food runner who and a robot who delivers food to the front counter for distribution into lockers. It's very popular for Uber eats and Doordash. I ordered from two separate eateries The first eatery Sweet Mount Island Cusine i think it was, I received my food in a timely manner and it was delicious. Now here comes the problem with my second eatery order from Noisey Chicken & Waffles. I placed my order at 7:25. The kisok said my order would be read by 7:50. As I track my order it still says preparing at 8:00. I ask the kitchen runner how much longer for my order he stays 10 mins. 10 mins go by and still no food by this time it's 8:15. I go back to the counter for the runner to say the cook just arrived. I ask for a refund and he says I need to call the business. So I call the business and I get information for a travel agent. I continue waiting and then at 8:30 my food is brought to the front all for my order to be incorrect. I order a Belgium waffle with chicken and Birthday cake Belgium and chicken. Neither was a Belgium waffle and I received 2 chicken tenders with my waffle. When the cook came back up I told him my order was wrong and he said let me go remake it by this time it's 8:40. I said can I have a refund he called the owner who said he would refund my money he dismissed that I had been waiting an hour for food from his establishment and his cook was late. The coonk took the food back and walked off. Because I had waited aan hour my first order was cold and I had to stop somewhere else to pick up food for my son which now it was after 9 and mostly everything was closed. This was a poor representation of customer service from this business and I will never eat at Noisey...
