Starbucks — Restaurant in Charlotte

Employee was very rude and unwilling to discuss there was a name issue on my food. It was jake on the label and ...im Jason I asked if possible Jason was jake. Sternly I was told as he pointed downward at the sandwich that JAKE IS JAKE..NOT JASON. Then he abruptly walked away hastily returning to work with no time to respond. there was only 4 other women in the place behind me waiting i asked if any of the women were jake and jake wasnt coming obviously so.. i just got back in line after 5 minutes and multiple calls for jake ..i asked for my money back as i felt it was too rude and early to start a big fight. The cashier was nice and they seemed to have a feeling the other guy had an attitude. But i wasnt going to take my cold sandwich after all with the attitude going unchecked and nothing said from the rude employee. I got my money and left. Everyone has a bad day..but no need to make it my bad day. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with him if that is energy he puts out. Way to...

I'am a life long Starbucks customer. I'am not sure how this store got 4.5 stars. I visit numerous Starbucks throughout the city. I was told at numerous locations, that the way I had requested my drink to be made was the correct way. The staff kept telling me I was wrong. I even ran into the district manger of that store at another Starbucks she managed. She told me I was correct. She asked me to give this store a chance. I did the very next day. Same result I heard a staff member tell another staff member , that she didn't have to make it the way I asked. Are you kidding me. They're lazy because that don't want to walk over and get hot water out of the right machine. I won't be attending this Starbucks again. If they keep this staff this location won't last trust me. If I could give this store zero stars I would. Most of the customers that come here mayn't know that other Starbucks have way better customer service. I mean I'am paying my money. I feel bad for the Starbucks employees at 101 N.Tryon St in Uptown Charlotte NC.Let me say I just recently (about a month ago) started back coming to Any Starbucks because of the racism that I saw online. I visited this location an the employees are fast, friendly and efficient. My drink was exactly how I liked it. Like a warm hug. I had some time left on my meter so decided to sit in an people watch since my meeting ended early. I am a woman of color. There were practically no seats available mainly because all of the homeless people have all of their stuff in there charging phones, cursing etc. The employees are helpless because of the recent news story, and will not call the police and make more headlines. I was disgusted. An it was a disgrace to watch my people take advantage NOT buy anything and speak so vulgar about the employees I got up and left. Looked at them shaking my head. I will not be back. The employees good the service good the people that they have to allow in...
