This location used to be so friendly & fun, but the main barista theyāve always got working the bar is intentionally difficult & has lied a few times about my drink remake, always gives the same vibes as Regina George in āMean Girlsā unfortunately. This person has made my drink wrong a few times & correctly sometimes - for context itās a drink I buy daily (which I shouldnāt) & most frequently purchase at other Starbucks in the University Blvd. area & Harrisburg, so Arbors location we def order pick-up the least. I also want to note I worked at Starbucks for 3 years before & during law school until I had to stop & focus on school, during that time I did several certifications including Coffee Master. I love Starbucks, I love the partner team, & I know what it can be like dealing with customers on holidays, in happy hours, all of it, & I would never ask for a drink to be remade if it didnāt need it. 3 times now Iāve ordered an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso at this location made by what feels like the only barista whatsoever, & itās been completely flavorless (no brown sugar). You can tell by swirling the drink around & also by watching it being made, which we did for the remake. This barista is always has the vibe that theyāre trying to prove Iām an idiot & donāt know how to order with my modifications because I order ālight ice extra oat milkā so the drink will be less foamy & filled up to the top (sometimes not the standard with an item like a shaken espresso, which tends to create a lot of nice foamy froth!). It helps make the drink less sweet but does not whatsoever make it flavorless due to the sweetness of the brown sugar flavoring. Anyway, today was the third time the drink didnāt have any flavor (only coffee & oat milk), the third time I asked for it to be remade & watched it be made incorrectly without saying anything, & the third time I received it āremadeā with no flavor, again. The passive aggressive looks & comments such as telling me they did not put extra oat milk in the remake because I clearly had an issue with the flavor in the first drink (yeah eye roll because it was missing sweetie), itās all unnecessary, itās not the vibe in an economy like this, & itās - as a former shift lead & general appreciator of baristas - not what Starbucks is supposed to be about. Purposefully made it "her way" instead as I heard her discussing it with another employee When I inquired she told me that is the way it came and it didnt matter how it was customized in the app. This employee could seriously sicken or kill a customer with allergies or diabetes! She argued back and forth, then grabbed the drinks and dumped them out. She then refused to answer any inquiries about remaking the already paid for drinks. This is by far the rudest, insolent employee that I have encountered. She did remake the drinks but they were again incorrect! Worst of all, I suspect she was the manager, or management on duty, I hope the later. Just Not acceptable.

The management at this location are rude and don't care if you return or not and don't care if you like the coffee or not. They Actually act annoyed that you dare ask.
