Had Door Dash order. 2 subs arrived and they had the right meat on them but switched the toppings from one sandwich to the other. Did not provide the potato chips that were paid for either. I called and told them what happened and they told me they could remake the sandwiches but they would not deliver. I had already paid to have it delivered and it was clearly their fault. I relented and drove to the location. They remade the sandwich that i watched closely. The subs were supposed to be toasted. I caught the lady grabbing for lettuce on my non toasted sandwich and asked "Isn't that supposed to be toasted" and she stopped and toasted it. She was reading the receipt and was still about to make another mistake. The second sandwich which was my coworkers, was to be be toasted as well and they didn't until after the veggies were put on the sandwich. instead of remaking it to get it right, they put it in the toaster with lettuce on it. I said "why are you toasting a sandwich with lettuce on it". The lady smiled and said "sorry". She proceeded to wrap up the sub and put it in the bag. Another patron was next to me and said "I was wondering that as well, that's nasty". I grabbed the bag, still without the chips, and said to the other patron " I,m not waiting for them to make it a 3rd time". I grabbed my bag and left. Never coming back or ordering Door Dash...

I went for a footlong turkey and ham sandwich w extra cheese. Been getting the same thing for 15+ years. She fixed it and rang me up. My sandwich was 13 and some change…hmm a little high so I look at the receipt and she charged me for extra meat as well as the extra cheese. I went back to her and let her know I didn’t ask for any extra meat. She tells me there is no turkey and ham sandwich. She had to charge me for a turkey and add ham. I had my receipts with the online saying there was a turkey and ham sandwich that subway offers. Mind you I’ve also worked at subway so I know how things go. She shows me there’s no option for that on a register….idk if she’s new or if owners are conning people out of money but that’s the last of...

For some reason the app didn’t gave me the nearest Subway location and unfortunately I didn’t realize until I made my order and went to the the Subway that I thought I made the purchase. The guy was helping me out and that’s when we finally figure out that my purchase was made at Brookshire location. The employee explained that I could call to the store to cancel the order. When I called the guy at this store was very rude. He said “ You can’t cancel the order you need to come right now and pick it up” and then hung up on me.
