These previous reviews are really wild to me, yes the lobby doors are locked, I’ve gone to this bk FOUR times this past WEEK and it’s been literally TOP TIER, to my surprise honestly.. never not once has my order been incorrect, every single time I go thru the drive thru no matter how many cars, I always get in and out in a timely manner, the crews attitudes are just fine, food is banging 🔥 and the way they get you in an out is spectacular. I came here solely to brag on how good my experience has been every.single.time?! Highly recommend
EDIT: came in today… and maybe an off day?… But it was quite an odd experience altogether, from beginning to end. I got to the speaker, and it was like the man on the speaker didn’t know how to work his headset. He was constantly clicking the wrong buttons constantly cutting out just seemed disoriented as a whole, asked me the same question over and over that was one thing … pull up to the first window paid, got my receipt, and instead of driving to the next window the man said “wait right here. Don’t drive forward yet, I’ll let you know when you can” ……? Mind you, no one was in front of me at the empty second window, I was directed not to go to until prompted…? Which I thought was just so odd…? like what’s going on up there that I can’t go forward?….. nobody’s at the window. When I finally got to the second window, Lady did not smile, LITERALLY DID NOT SAY A WORD! handed me my bags and walked away, didn’t even close the window, say goodbye nothing. Handed me the bag walked away. All whilst forgetting my drink! Had to wave her down and she shrugged at me, wondering why i hadn’t driven off yet.. and I was like, I have a drink. ….??? She handed me the drink , again did not SAY A WORD. not a goodbye , nothing. I am quite apalled and quite disappointed. To the middle aged woman with the red hair at the second window, who was extremly dismissive and clearly not enjoying life, im sure you don’t want to smile and speak to random people for hours in a day, none of us do, we choose our jobs, our jobs don’t choose us. If you’re being paid to do a job that you agreed to do, if you’re Getting paid to do a job, and not doing the job is the same as doing a job and not getting paid to do the job.. it just wouldn’t make sense…..
I really raved at this Burger King and at the end of the day, was insanely dissatisfied …
P.S. to top it off….
it was the wrong...

My family and I rode through BK drive thru tonight and never in all my 68 years have I received such nasty disrespectful poor service. The nasty girl that served us left food items off the order. She proceed to argue rudely saying nothing was missing from the order. She then walked off saying she didn't know what to do. Another server passed us the missing drinks but not the missing meal. Politely this server asked us to drive up and they would bring out the missing food. The nasty server brought out partial parts of the order to the car. When nasty girl was told the fries were missing she proceeded to argue rudely disrespectful again yelling nothing was missing from the order. The nasty server walked off and went back inside. We drove back to the window asked for the manager. I assumed this was the manager in a sleep head bonnet, brown BK tee and black NIke legging that came to the window with fries in hand. The "Manager" politely asked what happened. As the story was being told the nasty rude girl came up and proceeded to argue again. I told the manager "see she is still arguing, she has a stank attitude." The "Manager" tried to close the window and the nasty server reached over and struggled with the manager to open the window. If the nasty girl's actions had been done to the wrong customer on the wrong night this complaint might have ended very differently. Apparently the nasty girls could not read/comprehend the posted menu with 2 meals each @ $5.99 written as one meal. There is no excuse for disrespect to any customer. Note: When we came to the window all the cashier/servers were in the front, playing or laughing about a note a male customer left on the back of a receipt. The only persons working appeared to be the girl taking orders...
