I go online to get my food delivered and as I’m processing the payment the website goes into error but subway still charged my card $20.17 so I call the restaurant 10+ to confirm they received my order no one answers so I go up to the store it’s 2 boys in there with the worst attitude “oh well it’s not in our system we don’t deliver call customer support cause it not our problem” I mean what do I got to do to get some service call the police Abil told me to call the police so I did I asked Abil how to spell his name and he responded by saying “it’s not my fault you’re illiterate” Let’s be clear I called customer care and it goes thru its automated message about gift cards and it hangs up I’m an upset customer that was looking to get my sandwich and lil chips delivered my card gets charged without any confirmation and instead of just being able to reach someone on the phone I have to stop my night to go up to the store and get the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE! I graduated when I was 16 I have 10 years of customer service experience and I work under the IRS I don’t even have to leave my house to make my money but I have to go out to see about some food that was suppose to be delivered only to get called illiterate by a racist subway worker that doesn’t even know who he’s talking to forreal it really upset me how I was treated at this Eastway location instead of just picking up the phone or giving me my food or even just letting me know hey it was an error on the website you should be receiving a refund and I can have management reach out to you all yall can say is its subways website but make it make sense yall are subway and if yall don’t offer delivery then why is it on yall website how can you charge someone and can’t look it up that’s crazy to me I have way better things to do then to get off on a sandwich n chips n if I knew it was going to be hassle I would’ve save my lil $20 for something way better then subway literally ruined...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!
There is a BOGO, online deal going on, but Drew, the owner, does not want to participate. This is a SUBWAY wide promo special and he chooses not to allow the special. So he shows all items as being OUT OF STOCK, so that you cannot order on line and get the buy one get one free deal. All the other stores are doing this, so why is this store not participating. I will NEVER come back to this store again.
Not only that, his Diet Coke fountain drink has been out for atleast 3 weeks.
The time prior to this, the store had no wheat bread, no cheddar cheese and the tuna was soupy.
IF YOU CANNOT OPERATE THE STORE AND MEET THE SUBWAY STANDARD....GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS DREW!!!!!

Ok, again, the owner of this store IS NOT HONORING THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE AGAIN. Today is 11 May 2024 and he has blocked us from ordering any foot longs on line for the buy one get one free.
HE DOES NOT VALUE HIS CUSTOMERS AT ALL !

After making my mother’s footlong and my six inch the woman charged us for three 6 inches and made me pay for my meatball. When I asked her if my meatball should be free she explained that she had to ring it up in the system as three sandwiches because the sandwich was not the same size. When I got back into the car I looked at my other coupon that was a duplicate of the one I used and sure enough no where in the fine print did it say both sandwiches had to be the same size. When I went back in to explain this to the lady she gave me an attitude and said she did it the right way. She didn’t even stop and asked me what I needed to talk to her about. As she made a customers sandwich she screamed to me her responses. Same day I used the duplicate coupon to buy my niece and sister subway when they got home at a different location. I find it funny their footlong and six inch was $4.00 less than my total at this location. Poor customer service !! WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER...
