American Deli — Restaurant in Charlotte

Very upset I called my order in got to the store at 8:40 and the door was locked when the store close at 9pm mind you I placed my order at 8:05 and when I got there the staff was cleaning up locked the door 20 minutes early for a member to finally come to the door I ordered a 10 piece wing and 4piece tender combo they told me when I got there there were no fries left which is absolutely ridiculous I placed my order in enough time to have what I actually ordered ready for when I got there so basically all I got was a ten piece wing and 4 tenders no fries no drink and that’s not what I ordered I had to settle because they literally put everything up I will never go to this east way location I don’t appreciate the fact you didn’t have fries for my order when I ordered it a hour before you closed and the fact I had to knock on the door 10 minutes just to pay for half of what I order because you claim you had no fries never again will I go to...

Normally the service here is awesome but tonight was really bad. I had hair in my Philly cheese steak and the guy up front accused me of it being mine. My hair was wrapped up all night because my wife and I were giving each other facials and it became a night of pampering so we decided to order take out. This guy up front was super rude I never wanted a refund just please make my Philly cheesesteak over. I get it hair happens but no need for argumentation. I did a online order and they acted like they couldn't take online receipt number. They said someone had came in and tricked them yesterday with the online order and I stated that they need to give out code numbers or something the many rudely argued back and forth with me then my fries was undercooked and they lied about me coming in a timely manner when online said between 1: 10- 1:15. I got that at 1:10 and politely went in there ask for some different fries and the manager argued again.
