I truly wish there was a way to give a location negative stars. I will never step foot on this property again. My money will not spend here. I absolutely love Taco Bell, it is my favorite fast food place hands down. This location, however, no longer exists to me. What happened you ask? Well allow me to paint you the picture:
The year is 2020. We are in a global pandemic. I work as a first responder and drive a large vechile that can not fit in tight spaces. It's been a busy work day and I have failed multiple times at being able to get food. Finally there's a slight break and a nearby Taco Bell. With Taco Bell being one of my favorite places, and the ease of going inside and using their kiosk to place an order, I don't even have to think twice about where to eat. Upon arrival, I jump out of the truck, speed walk to the front door, taking note that there are none of those wretched "lobby closed" signs, and enter through the unlocked door. What do I find inside? Two employees sitting at a table with no masks on, viciously scrolling through their phones. A hateful tone creeps out of one of their mouths, rudely informing me that the dining room is closed and I need to use the drive thru. In my attempt to tell her I'm here for carry out and my truck doesn't fit, she interrupts to inform me yet again that the dining room is closed and I can use the drive thru. In utter disbelief, I stand there for a moment and look at the other lady who never once looked up from her phone. There went my once chance to get some food.
From this experience, I boycotted all Taco Bells for several weeks, and continue to stay away...

I just had the worst experience ever at your location in Charlotte NC 8425 Davis Lake Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28269. I ordered for delivery and I have had food delivered from that location before. The app said delivery was an option and it was changed to pick up. the food was slapped together and everyone in front of me was already in line complaining about wrong food orders the service I got tonight was unacceptable. Please contact me for more information. Food was cold and not made correctly. But even though they had no record of my order they still brought it to me with no questions except the person that walked past me with my food and took it outside then back in and talked to everyone else except me before just saying "Here"
Please explain what happened. And how you intend to correct this.
I observed an obviously Hindu man complaining that he ordered food with only beans and there was meat in it. Someone else ordered a Nacho Bell Grande add guacamole and received a box with chips, cheese sauce and guacamole. And the worker asked "So what's supposed...
Read moreThe chicken rolled tacos that I got were obviously left over from last week. The chicken was completely dried up and the taco was so hard as brick. The Baja Mountain Dew was out of syrup and the guy at the drive-through was too worried about what was going on in the parking lot with his friends to even care to even about what was going out the window. He never even acknowledged me he threw my bag out the window while talking to his coworker about what was going on in the parking lot. Never addressed me never said have a nice night. Nothing continued to speak to his coworker that was taking orders. Do you have any adults that work in this establishment or is it all children that have no common sense?? I called the store 3 times when I got home to discuss the food quality issues the Baja Mountain Dew, not having any syrup And they didn’t even answer the phone. Three times and no one answered the phone I live across the street when I pulled out there were no cars in the drive-through and there were three cars in the parking lot.
