
First off. You say you get a blizzard for$. 85 if you spend $1, But you have to read the fine print. And you have to be signed into the app to get it, and evidently they said not on the website. And then I couldn't remember my password to the app I already had. I must have tried at least five times to change it and then it came up with some kind of weird message and when I checked with one of the ladies she said I was in on the web and I had to be on the app but I was in the app when I clicked to change the password and your stupid message to change my password is what took me to the website that the lady said I couldn't be on so I finally got the password changed after 5 attempts. And if that isn't bad enough when I click on to change the password it opens up to a website that is http, not https and so my stupid phone gives me a security warning that Dairy Queen obviously isn't willing to secure and make it https so I had to click on it anyway even though it was HTTP and even though it had a warning. So why are you not doing that? And then I don't know if you train your people to not put much in the blizzard maybe only in the middle but nothing on the top. All I know is that there was hardly anything in it and it tasted like I was eating vanilla ice cream except for the pecans it was in it so it wasn't enjoyable whatsoever. And to make it worse I don't know what they did but I didn't get points for today and I resent that. And now when I click on the app all I get is DQ and it never opens past that!    Read moreI just went to dairy queen and ordered a smores blizzard and after the young lady who took my order couldnt explain the ingredients in them and after being charged extra for everything whipped cream etc, and after a slow service of fixing the blizzard I was finally excited about the ice cream being ready as I was ready to eat. The gentlemen who gave me my icecream pushed them out the window and one of the two blizzards I ordered fell and the ice cream then spilled onto the counter. I ask him to make that one ice cream over he then explained with his voice rising that he was not making it over because there counters are clean.(which wasn't the point). I stated to him so your not making these over and he said no I then asked to speak to his manager which ended up being the same young lady who originally took my order. He told her that a customer wanted to speak with her and she stated what do they want Im busy. so I waited patiently and said so Is she coming he re-instated that no she was busy. I patiently waited for any customers there to leave not to make a big scene. I asked him once more could I speak to his manager and could he go verify with her that she is not willing to come to the front. seconds later he came back and said no she's not coming. This was a very horrible experience and not the first one so If you want to go somewhere, where you can enjoy yourself with your family get a treat and have good customer service dairy queen on Wilkinson is not the place...

Are we ruining her day for just asking for water?? Does she have a personal problem with it?
