The People’s Market — Restaurant in Charlotte

Do not recommend! Staff was confused and communication was horrible. They remade my order 3 times and still got it wrong. Once I tried to cash out my check I wasn’t even in the system.

When I got home I had seen 2 different charges on my card. One for 19.49 and then another for 31.76. I did not authorize these charges and on top of that they don’t have a phone number to contact them.

I don’t understand how a business like this has no contact info. Very disappointing, food was okey nothing special. Management had no communication skills and clearly don’t care about there customers especially after been extremely patient with them and giving them the benefit of doubt. But could not even make a bacon, egg and cheese...

Elizabeth Location Only - (since they fail to respond to customer’s concerns) I guess the only way to reach this place is to leave a one star review. I’ve tried calling, messaging on IG and the contact tab on your website and still no response. On last Friday, I paid for two orders of kids chicken tenders between 3:00-3:30 via an online order. The chicken tenders were not edible and basically burnt. All I want is my money back for the meal that I paid for. If someone could actually respond to a customer’s request that...

This place is pathetically managed Wow!!

Mediocre food at pricing very close to if not inline with much nicer restaurants such as Bricktops, Burtons etc. $12 for a premade salad in a cardboard box plus the tipping request upon paying makes this spot a no-go for us. Skip the expensive grilled chicken sandwich that was terrible and for half the price run up the street...
