Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Charlotte

I've been to several TS locations, and they're all pretty consistent. This morning 10/15 we stopped in around 8:30am and the girl at the counter ignored us for several mins. Another customer walked in, realized she was ignoring all of us, and ended up leaving. Finally she acknowledges us, very rudely, asking "what you want", without even greeting us. We gave her our order, with which she was mumbling low under her breath we couldn't understand what she was asking us, finally we realized she was saying "what side you want". Not only was she absolutely rude, but the way she put together the food was nowhere near what we normally get at other locations.you can tell it was just thrown together without proper portioning. Never going to this location again until they get a new employee that understands customer service and how to communicate properly. Please get a different job away from...

Wouldn’t recommend this location, the store manager is rude and unaccommodating. I’ve ordered from this place in the past and never had an issue. That was until today when I had the unfortunate experience of cleaning out three spilled smoothies from my car. While cleaning up, it was pretty obvious that the lids were not properly secured. I called asking for a refund and the response I received from the manager was rude and belittling to say the least. He claimed that he could not do anything once the product left the store and said that the best he could do was remake the smoothies which after this experience I really did not want to take a second chance. Did not purchase from here but did see an appaling interaction regarding owner's gf and a patron. Owner's gf in a Silver/Grey Audi was parked in Fire Lane while a patron was trying to get out of his parking spot. He honked at her multiple times to let her know that he was unable to get out. She ignores him, but finally opens her window. Patron tells her he can't get out and that it was not a parking spot. Girlfriend responds, "my boyfriend owns Tropical Cafe and this is a spot, so sorry you can't get out." - Um is this what they mean by entitlement?
