I’m absolutely obsessed with Solidcore. You see and feel results so quickly if you stick to it! All the instructors and employees at this location are so sweet and welcoming! They’re so supportive and I love that they have modifications and amplifications as well so all fitness levels feel welcomed and it’s not as intimidating as a lot of group fitness studios. It’s only 50 min classes and even though it’s a low impact workout, you still sweat and get your heart pumping! I’m always sore after these workouts but never “hurting” or “beaten up”. However, every class is basically the same exercises, which gets boring. Also, the instructors don’t really help with form, so I find the instruction minimal. While it’s inspired by Pilates, you can’t call this Pilates (and Solidcore doesn’t but the clientele make this mistake).
