This was the most worse experience I have every had I mean every. I was doing a postmate pick up get to the window and rude cashier pour not 1 but 4 soda on me. He didn't say you good you need paper towels or nothing like that. What he did say was my bad we need better cup holders. My phone wet up my car wet and now sticky. My friend told him if my phone mess up he or Wendy's responsible his reply was oh yeah really. He didn't give me new cups he wipe them off and attempt to hand them back to me. By this time I'm still trying to remain calm but pissed at same time. I told him Ill go on inside. When I come on inside cashier find this funny and don't care attitude. The order wasnt even complete and the cup that spilled all the way out they didn't replace I had to tell them. I asked cashier on front end to replace my lid on one of the drinks because it was cracked when it was drop she told me it was in the lobby. The manager stepped in and gave me a lid from right behind her. Then I asked for manager he had the same attitude as employer I don't care whatever just get her out store attitude. I picked up another order from same store drive through was backed up so I decided to go on inside I asked I waited 15 mins for a side ceaser salad and bake potato. My friend wanted corporate number because wasn't pleased about service and how it was handle. When my friend was walking out the drive thru cashier flicked him off so he went back in the cashier came from back arguing with him and cursing. Another worker going to say y'all better get out my ear with that. I'm calling corporate as well as going to small claims because if something happen to my phone or speaker I will be responsible for water damaged or insurance want cover because of water damage and it will be on Wendy's not me. Read moreI would give them 0 stars if that were an option! I ordered from their app since it was a workday. The app said “your order is ready, drive to the window and let them know you ordered online”. I did just that and the lady (manager) ordered me to drive around and back to the ordering station and start from there. I tried showing her the message I got on my phone but she cut me off and barked at me “You have to drive around and start from there, I don’t need to see your phone, this is how we do things here”. I explained I didn’t have time for that since the line had gotten longer behind me and told her I had already paid on the app and I didn’t have much lunch time left. She told me to park and walk in. When I got inside the woman who was at the counter started barking at me telling me that was not how they did things there and that it wasn’t their fault I had made a mistake. They finally gave me my order and I decided to eat it there since I barely had time to get back to work. The place was so filthy and their soda machine didn’t work. While I was eating the lady from the counter came over to my table and tried to start an argument. I kept telling her I didn’t want to argue and she wouldn’t stop until I told her to leave me alone. Most recent experience, got told I had to go back to the back of the line when I pulled up with a mobile order, because it wasn’t ready. Since they had two broken down cars blocking the park g lot, going to the back of the line meant I would have to go back out onto Albemarle rd, go 1/4 mile and make a u-turn to wait at the light so I can cross traffic to get back to their location. 3 other cars ahead of me had already pulled off before they ever got to the mic because service was already ridiculously slow. I moved my mobile order to matthews and when I got there, there was no waiting. I told them I was picking up a mobile order and they took care of it, as expected. I wonder why they can’t seem to do that on Albemarle rd. 🤔 Only Wendy’s in Charlotte that can’t seem to work with mobile orders, probably the slowest “fast food” in NC!
