Wendy's — Restaurant in Charlotte

Sooooo..... today's date is 09/04/2018 after being at work for 10 hours I decided to stop at this hood booger Wendy's, I ordered a number 2 no pickles no onions, the boy that took my order got my money handed me my change but dropped my receipt on the ground, however I got home start eating my food the fries was half way cold, but when I got a little over half way done with my burger I bit into something hard I had to stop myself from swallowing it so when i spit the food out it was the closure piece to the buns that was in my mouth. I called up to Wendy's ask to speak to the manager he just sounded so nonchalant about the situation so I told him that I was on my way up there, when I got there I handed over the bag, one of the managers came to the front I asked did he see the bread tie he stated yes, I said so u do see that that's the tie that belongs on their buns, he said yeah he see that. I then told him I don't want anything else to eat from up there & to give me my money back, I stood there for at least 10 minutes while they took turns walking back & forth going to the back laughing, then the lil ghetto hood booger that took my order had the audacity to continuously say to me to take my broke a* on, I asked what did he say, he said to take my broke a* on, I told him I probably make as twice as much as he does, & he got some nerve to call someone broke working for Wendy's, however nothing was done nor said by the manager while I was being insulted by their lil hood booger. However I've contacted the H.Q, I've also contacted an attorney. Long story short I would not spend a dime at this Wendy's they're very unprofessional, sad part about it is the 2 mangers was old a.f but found this very amusing. But we'll see who...

I wish I could’ve gave negative 5. When I first arrived I was going through drive thru but a guy said they weren’t taking orders and I needed to come inside. Well, thank God I did. The first red flag was that same guy was out of uniform and his shirt was dirty. The second was I seen a basket or fries and nuggets just sitting in the basket. ( it wasn’t busy and by the time I got the food it was COLD & DISGUSTING 🤮) so after placing my order I seen that same guy take his BARE HAND (NO GLOVES) and grab the spicy chicken out of the basket😡 He proceeded with adding the cheese and onions to the bun (REMIND YOU NO GLOVES ON AT ALL) So I asked the cashier “Is that my sandwich?” And she said “I don’t know” while struggling her shoulder. I asked for a refund and she went to the back to the manager. I told her what happened and she didn’t give me a refund and insisted on letting her make the sandwich. She did was her hands, put gloves on and proceeded to make the sandwich. BUT how do I know if the chicken that was dropped wasn’t placed in there by him without any gloves?? She was nice but that was unsanitary and he was too comfortable doing that. Which make me believe he has done this plenty of times before. I’ve been sick ever since then. Walker is are working inside to get for you money but don't want to answer the drive calls and then wey do It's are you use in a move app and you say know they at like You're not in the are everyone today 11/7/24 at 10:35p.m. staff managers and whoever else needs to be fired this is not the first time this has happened and the store doesn't close until 2:00 a.m. this is pathetic y'all have people working for y'all for free while they're in their drinking drinks eating food laughing playing watching things on their phone but you're not assisting your customers y'all are already in a ghetto ass neighborhood and ghetto side of town for them to work for free is a bunch of malarkey and y'all need to hire a whole new staff including whoever the managers or GM's are because this is getting annoying and is definitely not professional and it doesn't look good for the corporation of Wendy's fast food restaurant and it's very sad I would give names and if I have to give names reply to this message and I'll give name because I know most of the people working in there because they come from cookout next door and they was doing the same thing over there and that's why these young...
