As a former employee of Wingstop this place is beyond ridiculous I would go in there and retrain this staff I used to work at the One in university with managers Victor and Alex and this level of service here at this location is honestly disappointing never answers the phone never gets the order right they do not Blanch their fries properly or change the fry cutter blades(yes that’s why you get big blocky fries) wings are half covered in sauce fries are extremely soggy and cold always yesterday they had a fire 12/13/2022 and said my order was ready yet it wasn’t I waited over an hour for 50 wings just for them to be cold and not sauced at all they missed several items in my order honestly(need a refund or gift voucher or something) spent $75 here to receive mediocre food and service. and they stopped making Potato Salad and Coleslaw as a side pretty disappointing, they increased their prices but the lackluster service is still the same. Read moreI was there for a door dash pick up. The app was very strict with this place about checking very throughly you’ve picked up all the items. This happens if a restaurant misses a lot of items and customers complain. Also you actually have to check in and check every item as you pick it up which is weird but fine. I was there twice today, the first order was fine, I went through the list with an employee and everything went well. The second time however they wouldn’t go through the list with me or let me check the bag before acknowledging that I had picked it up. A lady identified as the manager and actually refused to actually let me check the bag, getting all angry and talking over me. Ma’am this happens because you guys mess up a lot of orders and I was just trying to complete my run in a manner that guarantees no blowback on me and your store. Read moreI would rate lower if possible. I placed my order online. This was supposed to prevent the wait time. The online ticket indicated that my order would be ready at 9:23pm. I arrived to pick my order up at 9:25. After waiting until 9:33pm, I asked when my order would be ready and was told that it would take 8 to 10 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager. His name was Perez.He was clearly irritated at being called to the register. He told me that he doesn’t control the information provided online. He can either give me a refund or I can wait. I opted to wait since I drove to get the food. However, I asked for a refund at 9:40pm ( still didn’t have my food )after watching one of the cooks play around and pull his pants up several times while handing the food.
