Smoothie King — Restaurant in Charlotte

Have had several issues with this location. Order the same smoothie bowl from here several times a week. It was consistently awesome a couple of times but then it wasn’t. Was ordering through the smoothie king app until my order was marked delivered and was never delivered. Called the store. They have no idea who delivers for them and couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t happen again. Started ordering through door dash or for pick up and it’s never consistent. One day it looks and tastes amazing, the next day it is filled half way, the extra toppings I have paid for are not added or it doesn’t taste good. A couple of days ago the strawberries were sour and inedible. I want to continue ordering from here because the smoothie bowl is really good, but If it continues like this I will definitely stop. I don’t want $2 off coupons either, I just want my food made correctly...

I really want to love this place as it is a new store and nearby! The service is beyond slow, each time I have gone, I've waited no less than 30 minutes, and the longest was 56 minutes, and it was not busy! The last time I went I got a bowl which I understand takes longer, but they left most of the açaí in the blender and my bowl was half full. They would do great if they made orders in order. I would like to try this place again but they need a stronger management system.
