The diagnostics and work carried out here at Williams Subaru is embarrassing and a reinforcement of my belief of the low quality standards set here.
The vehicle was brought in for work done to the front driver side corner accident. Upon receiving the car back from the body shop, they have incorrectly wired the vehicles electrical system. This massive lack in observation during work and huge oversight of safety resulted in a near fatal incident. After returning the car to the dealership for immediate repair and within the first 50 miles on the way to work. more lights appear on the dash that were not there prior to bringing the car into Williams Subaru for work.
Now doing my own research on the OBD2 codes, I see as what the receptionist calls "a happy little coincidence" that the transmission now needs repair. Williams Subaru claims that the error codes that came on within 50 miles of their dealership has nothing to do with the car accident or their shoddy work and it could have turned on with any of the previous 150k miles.
Williams Subaru is not properly trained. Williams Subaru does not do thorough diagnostics. Williams Subaru does not inspect their work for quality.
Do not trust their lies. Two stars because somehow I am alive to write...
Read moreHuge thanks to Crystal and her team at Williams Collision Center. We had a recent minor accident that required some body work, mechanical work and auto glass replacement. We have not used services of this nature for many years (thankfully) and called 3 different shops including Williams at the recommendation of our insurance adjuster. From the first interaction the Williams team was extremely accommodating and flexible. I was not concerned with pricing as the bulk was of course covered by insurance so this was a customer service and timing decision. The market is crazy now and parts are in short supply so I fully understand the scheduling challenges that all similar businesses are facing. Williams was very communicative and was able to fit my repair project in 2-3 weeks ahead of their local competitors. They worked with me on a loaner vehicle that worked for my family with young kids. The final repairs look great, the vehicle was cleaner than its been in probably 2 years when I picked it up. They went over and above! I would absolutely recommend Williams Collision Center to anyone in the area in need of auto repair. Thanks...
Read moreI brought my Subaru to Folger after I had been involved in an accident. The reason I brought my car there was because I thought they were an authorized Subaru collision center. I later found out that they are not. The initial estimate went fine but after that there was no follow up. I left two voice messages and emailed the person who had done the estimate and I received no response. Friday February 24th I had to take time off of work to go to the collision center to get an update. I was told my car was scheduled for repair on Monday February 27th. My question to the person I was speaking with was when was someone planning on telling me this? I did not receive a straight answer. I contacted Subaru to file a complaint that was when I was told they’re not an authorized Subaru collision center. This is very misleading to the public since Williams Subaru has Folger listed on their website as their collision center. The repairs were done ahead of schedule but I’m still not happy with the customer service I...
