For all the money we paid. The Santa experience was completely unorganized and chaotic. The Santa himself was great but the location and set up was terrible. I bought tickets online a month in advance, I arrived 15 minutes after they opened and still ended up in a long line behind people who hadn’t even purchased tickets. We had a scheduled time to take our pictures with Santa which we didn’t even get to in time because of all the unscheduled people allowed ahead. I was also under the impression that the photos with Santa were paid for with the tickets since it was over $100. Wrong. You still have to purchase them separately once received online. This is probably the worst experience I’ve had taking photos and my son and I take pictures annually. We won’t be coming back...

I had the opportunity to attend the Boss Up Gloss Up Content Creation Workshop at The Picture Project yesterday. This was an Awesome experience because I was able to come from it with realistic tools and strategies specifically to strengthen my business and its presence on various platforms on social media! This workshop also allowed business owners to actively create content while we were there to utilize each themed room and able to get a professional headshot. The owners are Sharetha and Melissa, and they were super helpful. My daughter did the big package for her 18th birthday the guy was very friendly but it felt rushed and it was pricy for what we recived the concept and setup wasn't bad just was too pricy when we could of took our own pictures way less and had to pay extra for two extra shots to only pick eight pictures at the end also thought as a photographer would of been more direction in poses he seemed a bit nervous but again he was very polite he even let us come in 30 minutes earlier but im waiting on photos now hopefully they came out well for the 200.00 we paid for private session but i was disappointed.
