Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Charlottesville

I have been to many Chick-fil-As and none quite compare to this one. First, their customer service is PHENOMENAL. They truly show how much they care for there customers, and they are always striving to keep their guests' orders effecient yet accurate. They are also very understanding and apologetic for when mistakes are made, and they make sure to fix it as best and as soon as possible. Second, the food is truly delicious. Everything pretty much tastes fresh and hot. Third, even though the drive-thru line can get a little long, they move cars in and out much quicker than most Chick-fil-As. Fourth, cleanliness is very present throughout the store. Sure, a trash can might be full, but they usually catch on pretty quickly and get it taken out whenever possible. They have also kept their bathrooms mostly clean. Overall, they do a super awesome job and I can't even explain how amazing of an experience it is to order from there...

I am a Chic-Fil-A One Silver Member. I order mobile orders a couple times a day to please my kids Chic-Fil-A cravings. I usually have no problem with any Chic-Fil-A facility but for some reason when I ordered a mobile order last went. I ordered a kids meal with a cup of ice cream ( my kids fav) but unfortunately the ice cream machine was down so I was offered a cookie instead. When I received two cookies I thought to myself the employee was pretty generous only to hold them in my hand to realize they were old, and extremely hard! I was disgusted!
